I was skeptical when you went over the pattern but that fabric is right up my ally i think that quilt would look amazing 👏

Maybe Barn Star 5 is the fabric line? I also don't mind longer videos. I'd also go with an 8.
Moment of Zen 🙂Love the door color♥ I always wanted a red door. Red symbolizes the fire element and is considered lucky. It is a highly energized color and attracts and invites high energy. We are planning on a new door later this summer. Maybe it will be red! This months box I give it a 5.
Barn star 5 is a pattern from Corey Yoder. It's in her Etsy shop for 6.50 now, 7 years ago it was a 5 dollar monthly special. Very cute.

Creme Savers, oh I remember those. They're made by the same company that makes Life Savers and they are yummy. Similar flavors as Life Savers and a little less sweet, if memory serves. It's nice that the box includes items that are useful in and out of the sewing room. The pattern...hmm. I'm not enamored of it, but perhaps that's due in part to the color choices in the example. It looks easy enough, and it might be more appealing if done with softer colors, or even made with leftover bits & pieces for a scrappy quilt.
I *love* the yellow flowers-in-a-bottle fabric, and the light peach one with the little v-shapes on it (right around 10:12) is nice - I'm surprised I like that one, as generally speaking I don't care for peach at all. The alphabet one is fun! It seems almost a shame to cut it up and separate/slice through the letters, numbers, and symbols. The cream one is lovely; the "feathers" look like more like bananas to me (which - pardon the pun - is part of the appeal). I think it's (oh lordy another pun coming I'm so sorry) the best of the bunch. The octopuses on orange, the pineapples - yes, they sent a lot of fun, beautiful fabrics for sure.
Overall, the quality & quantity of goods in the box absolutely warrant the $66 price; however, my ambivi... ambive.. ambiva... wishy-washiness in regards to the pattern, combined with the fact that while I like the fabrics I don't necessarily think they go together very well, leads me to rank this one 9 out of 10.
Seeing Dandelion always makes me smile, and today's moment of Zen was particularly darling.

There is a lot of fabric in this box. It feels random to me, but could all be used for the courthouse pattern. Barn star is a pattern by Cory Yoder. That is puzzling. I give it an 8.
Corey has a whole bunch of barn star quilt patterns that measure 40” square. So I think it is a pattern that you are looking for.

The box is good, I would say a 9, great fabric, cute items and the roller, pattern. I like longer videos. The issue about the Barn Star 5 was a misprint. That's too bad. You just got a lot of fabric! Cory Yoder designs the barn star patterns that are 40 inches square. Great for baby quilts, but they aren't free. Glad you are home and glad you and Tom went to the beach. Everyone should be lucky enough to have someone like Tom in their life, whether it is a spouse or a friend. It doesn't always happen.
A lot of the material was cute. Not sure about using it with the pattern given. I give it an 8. Have a fun day.
loved all those colors, reminded me of ice cream flavors. Longer videos are fine by me. I would give the box a 9.5 only because it seemed that you were missing a pattern. Thanks for sharing

A good box. I give it a 10. I do think that the barn Star pattern should have been in the box. I’m sitting in a surgical center. My significant other is having a prostate biopsy. I’m praying for a positive outcome.

i see ginger quilter is having a halloween box. if there are any left quick sign up to get it she has wonderful holiday type boxes if it is anything like her christmas one! i give this box a 9. all the items by themselves are a 10 but together i was confused too so i contacted her when i got my box. the barn star 5 was an error in printing but a correction note could have been sent so we all were not confused and hunting for a pattern that didn’t exist. i also saw the quilt made yes it looked maybe colors of sherbet but those fabrics together not my thing but will go lovely in my stash. i will be making that courthouse steps for sure ( just different fabric. thank you ginger quilter for printing the pattern ! my granddaughter LOVED the pen, paper and candy so that part was a 10 . i loved the lint roller the best will gift that to my long arm quilter! you look refreshed and rested maybe you need a few more vacations!

Cute extras that add to the curation. The box is definitely my taste but there is some confusion on the fabrics and patterns. I give the box a 9.
Barn Star 5 is a quilt pattern from Cory Yoder's Barn Star pattern series; I didn't see it in this video.

The fabric is beautiful, but I am with you on being confused. Hopefully, you can update us on the Coriander Barn Star 5 and what it has to do with this box. Love the sweet fat quarters. The other fabrics are very nice for the included pattern. A bit confusing with the documentation making this an 8/10 for me.

I give documentation an 8 due to the confusion about the fabrics. Where are the Coriander Fabrics mentioned in the documentation? Overall the box is a 9 for me. You showed us a pattern. It may just be the teaser and you have to download the instructions. I think the 1/2 yard cuts went with it. Any chance you ordered a fat quarter bundle add on to this box?
I will give this box a 9. They didn't include any prices to show what you got for your value. I loved the barn fabrics. So was there to be another pattern, confusing. The extras were not notions. They were fine but not like a notion you have been wanting to try out or something to help with the making of the quilt.
The red octopus like fabric is the Sirena collection, which means Mermaid in Spanish. The box an 8 but didn't care for the patterns, which I usually don't like the patterns in the subscription boxes.
I looked up Siren because I wasn’t quite sure what it was but it’s a different creature than a mermaid. They’re half human half winged animal that are land based, have negative personalities and lure men to their death, whereas mermaid is half human half fish, opposite personality, live in the sea.
@@jojorey6886 In Spanish, sirena is a mermaid. Such as the movie "La Sirenita" is the "The Little Mermaid."

Was the Barnstar 5 pattern one we got in an earlier box this spring? When I googled it at Coriander Quilts it looked very familiar.
Yes. There was a mistake in the documentation.
I haven’t started the project yet, but when I glanced at the documentation I must have skipped over the Barnstar error. I did absolutely ❤ the sweet treat in this month’s box. I’m happy you had a nice stay in MN…it looked like a wonderful restful spot.

I also got a mystery box. I would not do it again. I was not impressed with it. I agree it was like a lot of extra stuff they just were cleaning out. The mystery box is not worth what they sent.

Hello Holly. Seems like the fabrics were all over the place. Not curated. There was a generous amount of fabric but not to my liking. And I wasn't bowled over by the pattern. A 6.5 box. This is why I do not subscribe to boxes! Thanks.
