When I saw the colour list I honestly thought, oh they wrote on there what you DIDN’T want! But the choices were really nice and sometimes you need to be yanked out of your comfort zone. And wow! You are getting close to 11K subs!!!

Good morning Holly. I'm ready for spring too, but our famous Punxsutawney Phil predicted 6 more weeks of winter ( I'm from PA). 😢 The blind date fabric was very pretty. I'm not a mustard fan either, but these were nice. The egg roll fabric is beautiful! I'm asking big Grunge fan, so it was nice to see the other Grunge type. Definitely worth checking it out. Stay warm🎉

You can make your own jelly roll! From 42 fat q's, you can get 10", 5", and a half jelly roll. 2 layercakes, 4 charm squares and as many mini charms as you could want? Maybe 5×10"... You could pre-cut your bindings, or small borders, so many options. Write a list of your projects, and tick them off when you are done? Just a reminder, or a one day list? Is theresomething you still want to try out? You can put kits together, put those patterns in, or where to look? with a note to self about borders, backing (can be 9 fat q's?) and bindings... tick them off when you get it in the kit, grab and sew when you want one quick? Have you got a snuggle kit? In a tote, a lap quilt, cushion, sunnies case, mug rug, bowl cosy for either hot or cold, needle book, book mark. Tablet case, to watch movies. Or for leave me alone time? Indulge yourself, have fun.

Seth Apter is a multi media artist. I think it was on just get it done quilts I saw an interview with him. Was fascinating

Great fabrics! I love the idea of a blind date with fabric! It may allow us to step into a different type of design then we normally choose. Love it! I loved the Egg roll pattern and fabrics for it! Those half yard cut fabrics are stunning and a favorite this time! Have a fun weekend!

Good morning & happy Sunday! Really loving the colors of the Free Spirit collections. Such interesting patterns on them, too. The Blind Date box had some nice pieces even if it was a bit yellow for my taste. The real stars of the show? The Halcyon Tonals. Gorgeous colors, love the grunge-y appearance, and the saturation - ooh la la!! I had to pause the video to stare at the deicious blue at 18:53, and again with the green at 20:20. Even with that, I think the orange at 20:28 is my favorite of the whole bunch. Just an absolutely wonderful assortment there.

The last group of the 1/2 yard cuts was fabulous!

Holly, it sounded like you needed a cigarette after this opening!!😉. Live out loud broke my no-buy January! And at $7 per yard, I wish I knew that was going on so I could smoke my own cigarette!

On those bags you were talking about ask your date to get you one 😆 😆. The third date was wonderful. nice to have tonals like that when you need pops of color. so awesome. glad you are feeling better.
