The issue often is that any guests that aren't semi-regular don't often get opportune instances for involvement if they aren't even close to any similar circles within the internet sphere. I enjoy the show, but if as a guest you don't share a similar sense of humor I could see it being hard, often times there isn't much going on the way of engaging conversation for anybody who isn't familiar at least. I mean look at the beginning, it definitely felt a little awkward, they don't know how to engage and greet a guest they don't know. Also often times PKA tends to devolve into rapid fire chatter so it is easy for them to lose a guest who isn't loud or outspoken anyways. I certainly don't mind, love the show, its enjoyable background noise with people I genuinely like. But I think that is what people are complaining about.
Just had a dream I was on PKA and was trying hard to fit in. There was another guest on with me who got roasted post show for 0 minutes of involvement, so he got kicked out. He got asked for his Rittenhouse take and all he said was “I agree”
My high school gym class was so dependent on bringing your clothes, that all I did in that period was get changed and then look at my phone the entire time.
I went to black barber once and had the woody experience. Almost exactly the same. No kid but i did have the other white guy in there that reassured me.
