Supernove Rise looks good. Just hope it had less drop and more forefoot stack...

After running in the Prime X my problem with the supernova line is how thin the midsole is in the forefoot. As a forefoot striker the extra cushioning is nice...

I can confirm that adidas is thinking of you in some of their next releases :D More forefoot cushioning is coming, but maybe not in the amount that Prime X can bring.

I wonder if the new SuperNova line will stay above (in cushioning) in technology from the SolarBoost and SolarGlide line of shoes ....
Hopefully, the SolarGlide 7 will not bring the Boost Light, but it's something better to compete with max stack cushioning shoes from the other brands.

So far as I know, the Supernova line seems to take over for the solar-line. I can't say for sure, but right now it seems that adidas is set upon introducting a more peba-based foam with dreamstrike+ and trying something different with boost.

@RunningXpert I love the SolarGlide line, and I was expecting to see the SG 7 using Boost Light. But it is for the best if Adidas finally does a major update ... most runners are tired of the old Boost because it is not bouncy enough and it is heavy. Plus, Adidas needs something really good to compete now in the max cushioning shoes category that is more soft, bouncy, and taller stack height.

Hey :)
It is suitable for gravel roads and the occasional trail. But if it is wet and you want to go out in the forrest I would ratehr get a proper trail shoe.
