I’m now going to skip a floor and just do the top without the spire. Thank you for all the beautiful builds. This one is going on an island above a prismarine Ocean Monument.
@ I haven’t built it yet. Sounds like I’ll have to find a special place for it though . I love his builds but knowing how tall they are would be helpful.
You're welcome! This build is 150 blocks tall from the foot of the foundation staircase to the top of the spire. A lot of people ask about the height of my builds, so it would probably be a good idea to add that in the description.

I would have built it way too high if I wouldnt have known that, so thanks. I could not imagine what tearing it all down realinzing I built too high after video 4 wouldve felt like.

hello this an amazing build I would like to point out I built the sanctum and the masilum and it is amazing in my survival world and I was wondering if you could do more builds that you can start on flat land so its not as difficult to terraform for survival players.

Hello Arcitect, I am beyond tired, damn near comatose and really need to sleep BUT SixWings uploaded, so that will have to wait, I guess. Regardles, I made a promise, so here is the super secret (formerly secret) recipe for my mushroom and red wine sauce, so here we go: First, wash and let dry your mushrooms of choice and some fresh herbs (I like thyme and brown mushrooms, but use whatever you have/like). Next dice some shallotes, garlic and the herbs. Also slice the mushrooms. Heat some butter in a pot/saucepan and add the shallots. When they are golden-brown, throw in the mushrooms. They have a lot of water which needs to evaporate. Season with salt to help with that and let cook for at least 8 min on medium high to high heat. Stir occasionally. You'll know it's done when the bottom of the pan is almost dry. Also, don't put a lid on, it'll trap the water, when we want it to go. Add the herbs and garlic and mix well, cook for about 30 sec to one minute. Add some black vinegar (don't use to much, that's strong stuff) and a good amount of red wine ( use a wine you actually like, bad wine doesn't get better by cooking it). To reduce the wine just let it simmer for a bit (without a lid) till the alcohol has cooked off. I judge this by taste (until I can't taste any more alcohol), but if you're brave you can also burn it off, since it's flammable. However I am allergic to setting the kitchen on fire, so I don't have any tipps on how to do that correctly. Add some beef stock till you have the amount of sauce you want and add some heavy cream (this is mainly for color, it doesn't affact the taste all that much). Now, the secret to this sauce is to add some more butter at the end, here. If the sauce is still too hot, the butter will seperate, so let it cool down a bit first, before you mix it in. This is a french sauce I got from my fathers side of the family. It's not terribly complicated, so I guess it's actually pretty common, though it could be fairly exotic wherever your part of the world is. Interestingly, if you swap out the red wine for a white one and the vinegar for some lemon juice, you basically get the german Pilzrahmsoße. Guess I didn't invent spreading secret recipies around the world, huh? Anyway if anyone has any questions feel free to ask them, though for now I really *really* need to sleep. At 39:30 when you are breaking the T-shape for the ladders and doors, the bottom block is white concrete. Did I just follow the instructions wrong, or was there supposed to be a stone brick there that you swapped out?
I may have switch out the Stone Brick block by the door off camera at some point, but I honestly can't remember. It's totally up to you. Stone Bricks probably look better from the outside.
I love your builds. They are awe inspiring. Just one thing. I play on the PS5 and I’m unable to put the ladders on the backs of the stairs and trapdoors, so my runs won’t go all the way up. Is there a work around you have? Please let me know. Thank you.
Thank you so much! I've heard others mention this and I'm not sure it's possible. I actually didn't think of this while making the video. I would probably just place normal block but keep the stairs around the pillar with the stairs. You can angle the stairs so it faces "into" the corner. That way you still keep some of the look of this build. Hope that makes sense.
I usually create fantasy builds so I'm not sure I'll build an exact copy of The Colosseum, but I really want to make a colosseum style build at some point. So my own take on it.

Yes, only for my own builds. To make tutorials for other builds, I would need to take a lot of time studying them, breaking them apart etc. I know my own builds well and even then it's a strenuous process. But mostly, I just don't have any interest in doing tutorials for anything that I didn't create.
