Great video! As a self admitted Glock19 fan man, I have officially moved over to the hellcat pro as my edc. It conceals better with my body type while keeping the same capacity. Plus, the grip texture works better for me!!!

agreed i have a hell cat problem and a 43x, but hellcat has the perfect grip intentions for my hand, and i don’t have to worry about mag capacity

I carry a G19 for duty, and a Hellcat Pro upgraded with Apex trigger, Crimson Trace red dot, Talon grips, for EDC. Fantastic little firearm.

I have a Hellcat Pro and absolutely hated the factory trigger. That thing literally blistered my trigger finger and wasn't getting better with use. I installed an Apex3 trigger assembly and the gun is now my edc. In closing, in my personal experience, the factory trigger is the worst I've experienced to date.

i’m a glock fan boy, but boy did i like this better than my 43x
top features (sorry about my gun vocab)
    1. i see my brass easy with the hole at the top, 2. finger grooves and intentions, 3. night sights, 4. mag capacity, 5. looks and feels better

What if you lived in a state that only allows a 10 rounds limit. Would you still stick with the Hellcat Pro or would you choose the 43x?

The thing is that at tne range the g43x is a better shooter imo. I have shot the g43x at the range for 500 straight rounds. The Hellcst is not a pleasant gun to shoot for that long imo. The snap is a bit much.

That’s in ingesting note. I guess it’s been a bit since I’ve shot my 43x, but I don’t remember much of a difference

@@code4defense745 there's really no difference, people just have their preferences.

Guess from what people say some triggers are good from the hellcat pro.while others are not . Mine is great had the guy at the gun store going crazy tried 7 before I found the one. Love my hellcat pro.

The range I frequent doesn’t have one for rent. I tried the 43x and liked it a lot. I want the 43x because I already have a G19 and like the Glock platform, but damn that Hellcat Pro is tantalizing.

The Glock is certainly a more established handgun. There a far more aftermarket parts for it, and it’s almost exactly the same in terms of tear down as a gen 5 Glock 19. All of those things are big pluses for the Glock. That said the Hellcat Pro brings a lot to the table.

First I had the G19 gen3, and was looking for something more EDC friendly. So I transitioned to a G48. It was a lot easier to EDC but, I hated the trigger, the plastic sights were hard to sight align for me, the grip lacked, the magazine does not flush fit, and lastly it only had 10 rounds capacity. (I did not trust the shield mag's from all the negative reviews).
Some how in my discontent mind I discovered the Hellcat, more specifically the hellcat pro! This EDC checked off all the wishlist items I did not have in my G48 and G19. Once a Glock fan boy, to a big fan of Springfield!

Thank you for the great video! I just got rid of my 43x for the reasons you just shared. I am frankly tired of Glock nickel-and-diming customers with little additions when this hellcat pro comes with everything for about the same price if not less. Would you recommend Red Dot optics with the hellcat? If so what is your recommendation?

Thank you for the shoutout. I run dots on all of my duty and carry guns so I am always an advocate for them. As much as I hate to say it, when it comes to concealed carry holosun has the market cornered. Their 407k and 507k dots are great. I’ve been running the rod carry and I love it.

I agree. Holosun is great. The 407k/507k footprint is needed for hellcat pro, the 507c-footprint is for larger-wider guns. Maybe even paying a few bucks more to get a closed emitter to remove the risk of rain/snow/dust interfering with the laser, such as the holosun EPS carry. Another good one is the version of the 507k made by Primary Arms called the ACSS Vulcan, which has a large 230 moa ring that helps you find the dot faster, thus get on targets and shots down range, every millisecond counts, the winner is the person who is the first to land shots on target, and the ACSS helps shave time off.
