What the sequel trilogy lacked though was a clear and defined vision of how the story should play out over the course of the 3 films. This actually could have been mitigated had they used George's original story drafts for the trilogy, or have one consistent writer/director for each film. Or if they were still going to have a different director for each film like the original trilogy, then what they could have done say, during the writing stage of Episode 7, J.J. Another example of how they could have stayed consistent is say after Colin Trevorrow left Episode 9, they could have at least kept on Rian Johnson and made the story flow over better from Episode 8 to Episode 9. I don’t get why for some reason now there’s so many people who think that revenge of the sith is the best Star Wars movie. Like have you seen any of the originals
The explanation for Yoda to move like that is force augmentation like when obi wan and qui gon moved so fast in tpm. He uses the force to move like that but he doesn't when he doesn't fight.
Two points that Suspect missed. First of all, Anakin’s missing of Dooku with one of his strikes is meant to show he’s perfect for hitting piñatas. Also, when Ki-Adi Mundi fought General Grievous, thee Jedi survived. Mundi, Shaak Ti and Aayla Secura all survived the attack. In all seriousness, these videos are awesome. Also, I forgot how General Laryngitis’s coughing is unintentionally hilarious. I remember as a kid, my friends and I always called him General Cough Drop and mocked his coughing when we saw Revenge of the Sith.
The prequels are good, and I'm saying that not as a response to the Last Jedi (you know those comments "oh now that I've seen TLJ the prequels are so much better lol"), they've always been good, from day one, and seeing people turn around and suddenly love them when a couple of years ago everybody hated them makes my little heart smirk with smugness
To be fair to george lucas. Making a good starwars movie is very difficult and he did a relatively excellent job, which is evident by how disney handled the sequel movies. The prequels are all better than all disneys starwars movies
on his episode 2 review, when obi-wan tells anakin, "patience. use the force, think" and suspect uses bruce lee to counter him, I also like to point out that obi-wan's master, Qui-gon Jinn, also says something similar to anakin in episode one and I believe he has told the same advice to obi-wan. the line is spoken before anakin hops into his podracer. Qui-gon says to Anakin, " Remember, feel. Think, use your instincts." I know I'm a major geek and star wars fan for pointing this out but I think it needed to be said.
I know this is super late. Qui-Gon says, “Feel, DON’T think.” It’s probably to show how different Qui-Gon is from the other Jedi. Even his student. But I believe you are right in saying that the two lines are directly connected. Lucas was very intentional with his dialogue. There were some scenes that were improv, but they were rare.
I don't think your Revenge of the Sith review is very solid. You seemed to miss some of the key plot points regarding the character development of Anakin and Obi-Wan
So, am I crazy for laughing at the pause he does in Episode 3 when I watched his review for the first time? I tried so hard not to but I couldn't help but laugh XD

The "there was no danger at all" line is not supposed to be a comedic trope. It's there to establish that Padmé's in danger in her new position as a senator. It would be pretty jarring if it happened without the line.

I don’t get why for some reason now there’s so many people who think that revenge of the sith is the best Star Wars movie. Like have you seen any of the originals
Padme: "I'm pregnant."
Anakin: "That's wonderful!"
Padme: "It's Jar Jar's..."
Palpatine: wait, I didn't execute Order 66 yet
Please upload '10 things the original Star Wars trilogy did wrong' video again. I love it!!!
RUclips didn't even give me a notification for this video or your last video still love your channel
A RUclipsr you actually want to watch
In the portuguese dub they translated to "Dookan" for obvious reasons, i never knew why till' watching the sub
YES! BEEN WAITING FOR THIS!
The explanation for Yoda to move like that is force augmentation like when obi wan and qui gon moved so fast in tpm. He uses the force to move like that but he doesn't when he doesn't fight.
Meesa back!
This video is amazing. Love the humour and the editing it's great. Really enjoyed watching the entirety of it.
That 2 Girls 1 Cup comparison was great.
12:33-12:35 the dudes quick head switch to look at the alert. It looked like he popped his neck doing that 😆
The prequels are good, and I'm saying that not as a response to the Last Jedi (you know those comments "oh now that I've seen TLJ the prequels are so much better lol"), they've always been good, from day one, and seeing people turn around and suddenly love them when a couple of years ago everybody hated them makes my little heart smirk with smugness
One explanation behind Jar Jar is that QuiGon saves him out of the good of his heart and respect for all life forms, even if they are outlaws
To be fair to george lucas. Making a good starwars movie is very difficult and he did a relatively excellent job, which is evident by how disney handled the sequel movies. The prequels are all better than all disneys starwars movies
This is 2 minutes shorter than The Last Jedi... let that sink in...
Patrick McGregor the first third of this video is more entertaining than the entirety of the Last Jedi
What does that sink want now?
Toxic Bobby haha I’m sorry man
2:29:59 😭
Ian Joseph same
Padme: Anakin. You're breaking my heart.
Anakin: No Padme. It's pronounced neck.
on his episode 2 review, when obi-wan tells anakin, "patience. use the force, think" and suspect uses bruce lee to counter him, I also like to point out that obi-wan's master, Qui-gon Jinn, also says something similar to anakin in episode one and I believe he has told the same advice to obi-wan. the line is spoken before anakin hops into his podracer.
Elaborate, if you could.
22:53 that actually scared me
So, am I crazy for laughing at the pause he does in Episode 3 when I watched his review for the first time? I tried so hard not to but I couldn't help but laugh XD
I still say Attack of the clones is the worse in the Prequel trilogy
As a kid it's cool but you have to be drunk to enjoy it as a adult.
Ty Marshall True not many Palpatine scenes and Dooku should have been introduced in episode one
Dooku and Obi-wan make it worthwhile
Natalie Portmans mid-drift is 👌❤️😍
matthew mann or merge Maul and Dooku into one main villain throughout the trilogy. Maintaining Maul's badassery
22:55 Well that worked. I literally jumped out of my skin.
Ah finally the full three put together
1:59:57 This is outrageous, it's unfair! Why wasn't I told! Haha, in all seriousness I hope that you do something like this with your audience again in the future. I also found it funny how they were all guys.
The "there was no danger at all" line is not supposed to be a comedic trope. It's there to establish that Padmé's in danger in her new position as a senator. It would be pretty jarring if it happened without the line.
ALL 3 PREQUEL FILMS better than >>>>>>>>>>>>> THE LAST JEDI xP
Easily
🤦♂️
Suspect can you review episodes 4, 5, and 6 like you did with these? And when the last Jedi comes out you should do it with those too!
