How strong are you, bench press, gym stuff, work on a farm, a computer, mechanic ? . . .and you seem to have a fairly medium to slower tempo. Would that factor ? . . . I used to hook the ball, worked away from it and now If I wanna draw I use my 13.5 3w. I have just ordered a 7.0 low spin 60g to add to my arsenal, can't wait to try it.
I've been working on a few golf specific bits gym wise ...bench press I'm not maxing out, keeping up the speed of the lift as don't need bulk! Tempo has always been a natural thing, as I think most golfer's tempo is a natural pace unless consciously changing it... It might look faster over the coming months hehe OOh nice! what head is that 7.0 going in to?
@@FredzGolf if you got a swing speed about 110 to say 114 a person could still swing a stiff that’s what my swing speed is I have a cobra last year 2022 driver with a iamb 10 stiff in it I like it but it was wondering if what would be a little bit stiffer I also have a hazardous X flex in a black, but I don’t know if I care for it too much I don’t like the feeling of it do you have any ideas on what would be a little bit stiffer than I am 1060 g stiff
@@7501482 The best thing here really is a fitting, have you got any retailers or club fitters near you? ...not sure what the "iamb 10" is unfortunately
@@7501482 Also I don't really fit with speed at all ...generally speaking; launch angle comes from the loft, spin rate, direction and ball speed can come from shaft weight and flex, type of head plays a part as well I react in a fitting based on the feel feedback and data from each golfer

Around the 110mph mark, getting faster over time ...new studio has a gym in it so will be really ramping it up from September
