Quick Release Mount Assembly and Installation for River Quivers

This custom Riversmith X Küat® design allows you to install, lock/unlock, and remove the River Quiver from your vehicle at any given time in seconds. The Quick Release mount is fully locking and will work on any crossbar system. These Quick Release Mounts are modified versions of Küat® quick release mounts designed by Küat® for use with their ski and kayak racks.

Great product but there are major issues with this video (and lack of clarity in the instructions). You need to advise how much to lift that latch to get the belt pin in. Hint: make sure the locker latch is all the way up. You cannot see it in the video so you need to call it out.
Also for aero bars: you must mount the quick release base in a reverse manner with the latch facing the reel seat, otherwise you cannot lift the latch all the way up to reveal the slot for the pin due to the upward angle of the aero bars.
You should redo the video with these additions and save aero bar users 5 hours of headaches.

Can you mount to the underside of a t track with this?

You can use this mount with most any t-track regardless of orientation.
