I see the Yakima double haul has a locking system to the vehicle. Is there an option for something like this to leave it on the vehicle a little more securely? Great case and vid.
Hey, question. I’ve got a two banger. Do I want my cross bars to be as wide as possible when installing this? I’ve got 32’’ between my cross bars, but do have room to go further back on my car and still being able to open my back hatch
Had the 4 mil ratchet but in 3/8 drive. Absent a 1/4 drive ratchet, I used a small open end wrench with the 3/8 drive 4 mil. That sped things up a bit.

Good question wish I knew that. I want to be able to lock it
John did a great job here. That other guy talked too much, lol.

You definitely want the 4 mil ratchet if you don't plan to leave the River Quiver on all the time. It is a pain to use a simple Allen wrench.
