@@ILoveBluePeople If you’re referring to the Bacho clip where he gets his first win in the MX-5’s, its mainly because he is legally blind. I’ve chatted with him a bit in Jimmy Broadbent’s streams before (when he did radio Bacho during the night part of 24h races) and his vision is very limited and only getting worse. Meanwhile he’s still out there racing and the fact that he got a win is pretty insane, I can totally understand why he would be so emotional about it. Seems like a great dude. If you were not talking about that clip, well, then this is the most random comment ever :)
It all depends on your skill level. In the Miata series you get put into multiple splits because of the volume of racers. Racing a series with low population will equate to harder racers cause the field isn't as level on skills. Props to summit for the win but this series isn't hard when you first start off.
So happy to see him enjoying a game. He said at the end of stream today that this might be the "main game". Which I think would be awesome to see. Him getting into it would be sick. Keep it up sum sum.
@@inviqt4011 exactly. I would think so too. Hes hella into games and into cars. Put those 2 together and you get simracing :) i think he will rly enjoy it and the sim and iracing community will really appreciate and accept him. Summit is a great dude and is always respectful to any community he becomes apart of. Cant wait to see him get better and improve over time.
I have hundreds of hours in iRacing. I agree that it's pretty fun playing the same track multiple times over a single week when you are new but it gets boring and feels like a chore over time as with all things. It slowly becomes a weekend hobby thing for most people. Hope summit sticks around whatever happens even if it becomes a weekend thing. He really has been having trouble enjoying games lately and this one just surprisingly clicked.
Ive been simracing for a long time. Even from a online competitive gaming perspective there is nothing quite like it. I believe allot of competitive minded gamers would really like it if they tried but having to get the required gear and the somewhat steep learning curve may hold them back. Anyhow simracing has been growing allot and has been getting more popular last couple of years so thats great.
I’m so happy he listened to he chat and community watching him race GTAV and pushing him to try this and him always saying no no no….I don’t think I’ve seen him so happy in a long time now.
I logged into iRacing last night and saw a tweet about you streaming. Great to see you getting into the sim racing world. Great effort! Need to give the Street Stock rookie series a go. I watch sports car and F1 racing irl but I love the oval racing so much on iRacing. Gets the heart pumping for sure.
His progression from GTAV to Project Cars 3 (the worst in the series btw) to iRacing has been impressive. He’s gone from out of control and not understanding why to winning races!
Congrats man. I just won my first race in iRacing yesterday. It took me 2 months in iRacing but I have been seriously sim racing for 2 years. The feeling is hard to describe. You just feel that all of that effort paid off.
I just started iRacing. Still in the rookie class looking for clean races and to adjust on the fly to avoid any collision. Racing is about the decisions you make on the fly. "Do I potentially kill this person with a tiny bump?" If you have crazy racers in your heat or whatever, give them the right away. They'll eventually show themselves out of the race. It's just awareness.
summits really going leaps and bounds when it comes to sim racing. considering how he was a week of two ago and now he’s winning races against players is crazy
I immediately had to see this. Summit winning for the first time in any video game just seems weird. I mean I guess if I was to think about it Summit had to win the first time before he racked up his umpteenth win. I was immediately rewarded with the solution to the war going on between my brain and my belly: "What to have for dinner tonight?" Tacos. Great to see you pick up this win. Congrats, Man.
I'm so fucking happy this man is doing the racing sim thing. Hope he has the streams going over the Christmas period, that week straight of relaxation watching him play Tarkov last year was sweet. Maybe he can get comfortable enough by then to do some endurance stuff PepeLaugh
I see so much potential here. On the second race, with how much speed he carries through the first corner compared to everyone else, you can see how he understands the concepts of racing. Just need to keep on grinding.
Im not used to seeing Okayama without its drift layout. Once I realized it was Okayama I was kind of stunned. It was never in any Gran Turismo games, ever. I only know about it because of Formula Drift Japan
Good job man you took it serious and kept your nose clean when you got into anyone you understood to hold a line and you did and got 0x both times you understand the draft and don't hesitate around other drivers don't dive bomb corners. Your way way waaayy ahead of the rest of the d beginner D class drivers. You either got it or you don't and you definitely got something to work with.
Summit just want to say been doing iracing for 2 years now and you are very good and know what you are doing get crew chief if you have not got it helps so much with know who is around you
So dope seeing how stoked Sum gets when he wins... iRacing is tough man so he earned those Ws.
Bruh some people play for years and don't get a proper win... Some end up crying when they do, its pretty rough at times the old iracing

iracing is boring
@@jordan2735 then you have either not tried it, or aren't worth a rats arse
no matter the lead my heart is always pounding the rare time im in the lead. winning a race in i-racing is such an awesome feeling. congrats.
The cars aren't real but the racing is

underrated comment

Man, I’d never thought I’d see summit playing iracing of all sims
great to see summit on this, cant wait to see him hitting the GT3's thats where this game shines, great wins
Sumilton Larztappen is going to find out that the hardest thing about iRacing is getting wrecked by other people.

Jaron the Minecraft eating sound 😘🤌🏼
Great job on the video as always
Must say I am impressed. Very aware of what is happening around him and also able to race close to others usually takes time.. Nice work
Would love to see him learn to drift with poke one day
Seeing Sum happy makes us viewers happy.
In the Mazda when you down shift throttle up at the same time!!!!!!! Sweet to see you on iracing.
Second track is lime rock part, very nice track to go on in person here in CT
Good for racing popularity. We need more streamers on iracing.
summit 1g poses as a guy who likes racing is a better title
This is awesome. I've been doing sim racing for 3 years now and it's really cool seeing it get some more mainstream love. So intense!
God damn it I read in chat "Samir you are breaking the car!" lmao
If you get it you get it.
I love how many people this will bring to enjoy racing and sim racing ect.
the open wheel races are so much more fun to watch from a viewer perspective
Hopefully this makes the awareness for simracing way bigger and iRacing might give us some juicy new content.
What's summit's irating btw?
Many more to come 🏆

summit you need to bind a button to you wheel to do a visor rip so you can have a clean view while running
You should be on the gaas in corners, steady gas so you have more grip and can go faster, if you let off the weight shifts forward
this looks so fun! glad you're getting good and sticking with it!
Bro, love the video. Now I'm questioning what took me so long to subscribe.
cant wait for Summit to race with Lando this winter break gona be fun
honestly love watching the progress, super excited to see all these eyes on iracing cant wait to see where it goes !

What was the name of the first track in the video?
Remember them tires are slippy on the first few laps and no race is won in turn 1. If the person is in blue you’re a lap ahead, red your a lap behind
Awesome seeing him getting into sim racing. He's doing quite good for a beginner.
Summit should work with jimmy broadbent think they would get on well and jimmy has lots of iracing experience.
Finally, Summit no longer has to constantly hit "C" to look behind him 😂
Congratulations!
You are talented man! Your driving is impressive for someone fairly new.
This is great to see. He's gonna bring s lot of people into sim racing
It’s huge to see him using a g923 wheel and not some 5000 dollar sim setup
Now we wait for a collaboration with Jimmy Broadbent.
Yessss he finally moved to iracing! welcome my friend
what wheel is he using here?
You need to figure out Brake Bias! It'll make you wayyy faster! I run Oval Road A-Class
Try the super late model on a short track if you wanna test your manhood 😂
The new Merc F1 car release i cant wait to see him try it

what cockpit has he got?
Awesome job SIM Racing is tough to get good at. Asseto Corsa Competition is a good one to try out the physics are amazing.
Anyone know what setup he got for sim racing? Wheel/Pedals/Shifter, etc..
He uses a Logitech G920/G923 (pretty much identical), it's as entry level as it gets.
Way wanna check out ACC as well. Welcome to simracing. It's addictive
his stupid face when he wins LMAO
My first races in iracing: P6,P6,P6,P6,P3
I would be so happy if Summit gets some lessons from either Max verstappen or Lando Norris. How sick would that be!
Wow, 2 wins already. If he sticks with it he will easily be a 3k+ driver in no time.
Btw do you play BeamNG, Summit? You're gonna have a BLAST with all the scenarios!!!
