There are a lot of noises there. I can hear the belts and the injectors, and also a kind of weird clatter - is that the noise you mean? I would probably remove the belt and check all pulleys, and then run the engine without the belt. Use a long screwdriver as a stethoscope to your ear and try and localise the noise source.
Thank you very much Jack, I was watching your W166 videos last night, can’t believe you did replied me! Yes you are right, it’s the clatter noise, I reckon that may be some of the pulley too, will remove the belt and check, Happy Easter and stay safe mate.
Thank you for the reply, I just took the belt off, it turns out was one of the pulley that failed, Will replace the tensioner and idler pulley see how it goes, Cheers

have you figured out what the noise is?
the vacuum pump goes bad quite often on these engines and causes a similar sound

I have same sound. Alternator freewheel was stuck and waved the belt tensioner.
