Benidorm is a seaside resort on the eastern coast of Spain, part of the Valencia region’s famed Costa Blanca. A tiny fishing village till the 1960s, it’s now a popular Mediterranean holiday destination known for its nightlife. Its 2 wide sandy beaches, Levante Beach and Poniente Beach, are backed by palm-lined promenades, bars, and rows of skyscrapers.

Im trying so hard to bribe my partner into going benidorm use to go every year till i was 14 and miss it so much been over 15 years i need some nostalgia
The alcohol is cheap but food isn't as cheap as it was.I was in Spain for 3 weeks in march visited all the big supermarkets and smaller chains and I found myself shocked at the price rises from October 2022!
4 fresh choco donuts in Carrefour were €3.25!
mayonnaise prices mad even the bread not as cheap! Irish Butter was dearer in Spain than in the UK.
I used to bring stuff back as a treat but didn't bother lol
I can shop in my local Polish Shops for those treats and cheaper!
I remember Benidorm when you walked down the front and the back streets and it was heaving!

Never been to Benidorm, great stream🎉,really enjoyed it from the safety of my lounge ! The coastline is beautiful lit up at night. I was handbag mugged on Costa Del Crime by a runner,it was scary and put me off going to the cheap touristy places.
We have had some great holidays in Benidorm the secret is avoid the main holiday season which is very rowdy and pick a hotel which has close access to the old town the best part of Benidorm
So Tim. You’re in Benidorm. Not a holiday, but you are working. Checking out five star hotels, having fun at water and theme parks. It must be really hard for you LOL 😂

Hi love the oldtown we stayed for a week just before Christmas it was incredible with all the Christmas light shows in the streets ,we stayed in a hotel called Avendina in the oldtown the food was amazing ,stay safe love the livestream😂

Rain and dull skies there, sunshine here, oh dear. A place of 2 halves, the quieter side then the more rowdy side and other things too which you knew a lot about it seems. Fun to see the " Benidorm" hotel.

Didn't catch much of the live but I've come back to watch! Interesting when you talked about how your travels don't feel like holidays, my boyfriend travels alot with his job and I get really jealous! He always says 'its not a holiday it's work, I'm not taking it all in like a holiday' now I've heard you explain that too I might believe it 😂
The church in the old town is beautiful, when I worked in benidorm the family I worked for had their son christened (actually first communion)I still have the order of service... The year was 1972😂
Love the vlogs Tim, we where in Benidorm a few weeks ago staying in the resort Magic natura. Could be an idea for you to vlog from there at some point, brilliant for families.

Tim I highly recommand to you Pals (small charming town) and Tossa De Mar.
Watched live was very good tour of Benidorm. Lovely afternoon for a walk and enjoyed it too much lol. Spotted a couple KFC's , burger kings and McDonalds too along the way too lol.
Sadly no chicken from the Tenerife video (I think i have the wrong video lol)

Brilliant video Tim, i bet your missing Gaby and Casper. Benidorm is a really interesting place, it suits all walks of life. Its probably the most diverse holiday destination to go too. We have been around 11 times our the year.
Haha i see you got some of the bad weather lol 😂😂. Benidorm know to have bad June's, Probably September is the best month as it's hot but not too hot.

The Tapas Alley with all the food was nice & i liked the White Tier Balcony leading down to the Beach at the beginning when you were walking by the Sea!
I actually just enjoyed sitting back & relaxing with some chocolate & listening to you talk rather than trying to follow the chats all the time & missing bits.

Hi Tim Great live Vlog. was hoping to bump into you as I am here with the missus.... We use the local buses quite a bit.... the blue and white ones.... flat charge of 1.60euro ...even all the way to Altea....(no.10).... also they link to the bus and train station to get you you further ....Denia Calpe and Alicante.... less than Uk prices per mile by a long way....😊

Hi Tim, good live chat, shame you didn't meet 'Kenneth', I also found him funny. When you go to Zante, Please visit Laganas beach and visit a restaurant / bar named 'Balsamico' on the beach. Speak to Stelios who owns the place and you will enjoy some lovely food.

Thank Tim for your great live from Benidom lovely to see the views ,the old town and the rowdy part my husbands late Uncle used to go there every winter for a month to have a Wonderful time and loved his cheap beer .
The hotel they filmed benidorm is the sol pelicanos..the food is not the best..that's what a few people have said x
Used to be fabulous when my youngest was daughter baptized in Benidorm we had the celebration meal there!

First holiday abroad was on the SS UGANDA School MED CRUISE, in 1971, when I was 12 the next holiday abroad was here when I was 16 😊can’t remember much of either now 🤣

easyjet are pretty good had 3 weeks HB Benalmadena back in March £617.00 per person. Brilliant weather too.

You need to get a Monzo card. Pre-load with £, and when abroad pay in €. Instant exchange rate- zero charges.
If you spend all you’ve loaded, just transfer some more £ over.
You can withdraw € while away- up to £250/€270 a month.
Oh and DO NOT use any stand alone ATMs in Benidorm they are illegal and will rip you off- only ATMs attached to banks.

Is Benidorm beach man made? I'm sure it is. I've been there loads of times. My first time was when I was about 7 years old. My mum and dad took us back again and again every year. Enjoy!

I'm off to Benidorm in 2 weeks. It's a Very underrated place with some people. They don't realise that it has a very nice old town. The media hasn't helped as they only tend to focus on the new town.
