Don’t try to know it. We must be it. It is our natural state of being, before the programming, conditioning, mind identification etc. We are not our thoughts. We are the awareness of them. We’ve been conditioned to believe that we’re our thoughts “my”, which we are not. We are far greater. Meditation, and breath work will be a guide. Remain conscious of your breathing at all times. Notice, when we’re engaged in thought/s our breathing is thrown off. We’re not conscious. Source, will send some form of synchronicity to pull us from that thought/s. Might be numbers, 1111, 444, 333, 222, etc. These are not coincidences. It’s to get us to reset. And come back to the present moment, trust, and consciously breathe. Mind is the coming of duality, emptiness is our true nature. This true nature is not to be experienced intellectually but rather actually thru means of deep meditation. Why meditation, because this is the art of doing absolutely nothing and dissolving the ego to remain with the very core of our shared consciousness. Just as one cannot explain colors to a blind man, emptiness is to be experienced and once it’s experienced one realizes that no word can explain it only silence can………
Knowing myself is painful. I destroy, build it up and destroy it again, never satisfied with the outcome. It'd be easier knowing someone supports me, but the harsh truth is, you're on your own in this endeavour, not unless one drops the past. I wasted so much time searching for whatever. There was nothing to be found.

I listened to Osho, then to Sadhguru and finally Krishnamurti. I found JK to be the one truly concerned. What he spoke about was unfathomable. Then I gave more thought to it and I can agree to some of it. Unfortunately he didn't offer any guidance. Only asked to enquire into oneself. Do you think I am happy to do so? It disgusting there. I listened to gurus to get rid of it. Unfortunately JK was right. You need to see it as it is, only then you can let go. If only I wanted to see it...

I'm curious. How is he a hypocrite according to ug krishnamurti? I went through all quotes in the video, but there is nothing wrong with any of the quotes. They are all related to one another as well as to what what he intended to teach but often failed to. For example, a teacher of math may teach about algebra, geometry and arithmetics - all of which belong to the whole of math. There couldn't possible be anything wrong with a math teacher teaching math with the ulterior intention of teaching advanced math? Especially if that teacher is doing his best and putting in a lot of time to teach, right? You don't need to respond to the second paragraph if you don't like to, but I am curious about the first question if you have some time over. Take care :)
J Krishnamurti was a total claptrap, I have been listening to his lectures for past 2 months. He is just a clever interplay of eloquent language and sophistry which mean nothing. His only purpose in life was to fool the western world and prolong his stay there.
