    I just tested this recipe and made a double batch. I use a planetary mixer so my mixing times are different from you. Ube jam was my filling instead of adzuki. The result was very good! Warning though - for people who live in warm countries like me (33c day temp), lessen the water a bit and use all cold ingredients except butter at near-room temp. Will make this recipe again. 🙂
