I like people who are standing with justice at all costs like Miguna Miguna. Let these issues be addressed, or else, we will go back to election over and over again. Right now, the economy is being affected by this 'thing'. Businesses, schools and any positive activity that assist in the development of our country has been affected in the name of elections. Unless there be reforms, the coming election will still be rendered invalid. Have you realize how much money we lost as a nation in the nullified election? The IEBC must be held accountable for all that some of money which would have been put in other field or help the poor. But let me be frank to you, unless you follow the constitution keenly, you will still stick on the way. the problem with our leaders is that they only think about today and not tomorrow. If I were in the position of the IEBC chairman, I would say that there will be no election on 26, October, 2017, and fresh nominations be held after 90 days. Any other choice is not right and will drive us back to where we are today.

Our legal friends are having problems in interpreting the constitution when in actual sense the document was written fe excellent minds and much of it, what ought to happen the Constitution Of Kenya 2010 like any other constitution, is perfect law even before moving forward with it.
