1500 to live in a construction site with there being nothing worth that price living there... and this is a studio. I live about 1.5 from here the location is just awful. Don't fall for this.
Raleigh has nicer APTS at the same price point. Greensboro has MUCH nicer for cheaper (check out Revolution Mills). Same concept as this, but with 1-3 bedrooms, 20-30ft ceilings, and better (finished) amenities.
it is really disgusting how in the usa everything is supersized but they cannot afford to live like normal humans beings anymore in many cities. and yeah of course opportunistic investors rather rent our many smaller units to maximise profits.
Raleigh is a great city. Cool to see Ori debut here!
The calming, bingeworthy content I didn't know I needed!
Wow, that’s so kind! Thank you for watching ❤️
Will one of these come to the Detroit-Ann Arbor area?
Shoulda mentioned Forge is only a 4 minute drive from downtown. It's a minimum Uber fare.
It's 11 bucks one way with my 9.99 a month I pay for the discount
True! I actually rode a bike from downtown.
What’s the price range?
These units are currently leasing starting at $1,484

2:50 well, yeah. You’re only 5’4”, for after all. Right?
Then at 3:57, it now looks like you’re 6’6”. Dude!
