      None of these. They don't solve any issues but rather cause more inconveniences.

  • @SunshineCatwoman

    While motorized things may seem more convenient at first, motors can burn out; batteries need to be charged or changed, and in a power outage, they're stuck in whatever position they were in until the power is restored. And built-in monitors mean you're stuck with them, even if they break. Nothing on this planet lasts forever.

    • @edwinatalley3024

      I agree Chris that’s why I am not impressed. I saw that movie can’t quite recall the name but everyone lived in an high rise apartment with all this modern tech and the power went out people couldn’t get out couldn’t get food nor water. Modern technology had become a horrible trap. That’s why no thanks with all this creative design stuff.😮😮😮😮what about ball bearings and wheels no need for electricity plus it will keep one in shape moving things about. Power goes out no problem😊😊😊😊

      Magnetic energy will eliminate normal elec grid power. Not an issue. This is just around the corner. Think forward... Great things coming.

    • @adastra79
      @adastra79 Год назад +1

      Yeah well everything breaks, that's true. But this also holds true for non motorized things. Apartments everywhere are becoming increasingly small. Everyone these days needs solutions to cram more into a a smaller and smaller footage. And it's not like people live in the same place forever. As long as it's easily serviceable all these gizmos will do the trick fine enough

    • @corail53
      @corail53 Год назад +1

      @@adastra79 Easy solution - don't buy a small apartment. It is not trendy to do but rather just developers being greedy. If people fought back against that then you would get more common sized living areas. These gizmos also don't solve any issues as the apartments would have already been made with rooms etc. That center console suite thing is literally taking up more free space that it helps save.

    • @dottyjyoung

      Well, do what family vans do: make sure there's a manual option w/a motorized component. Automatic doors can be opened & closed manually as well, & it's not that hard to build those in.

    I am a beginner to woodwork, the main test I have with this bundle ruclips.net/user/postUgkxTNB_zFBSnTo_O1PqfVUwgi7ityw0JlKt is that I think that its hard to settle on a choice of the plan and outline to use as there are a large portion of them there. Nonetheless, I like the simple stride to step directions laid out there.

      1:11 Not everyone watches these videos and know about the secret compartments or has a magnet. It has to be advertised and customers have to know about the compartments and if they're easy to use before they can chose to buy it or not. It can also just be for fun, or people can make one with a lock.

    Yes, let's have hinged, visibly bouncy bunk beds for kids who like to jump and rough house, and include a feature to literally dump to the top occupant when they hit the wrong thing, or when their sibling wants to prank them.
    It saves space, sure, but it doesn't seem to have actually been designed or built with kids in mind.

    The good thing about these clever designs for compact urban living spaces, is that it gives more incentive for developers to not make apartments large enough for people to actually enjoy living in.

    • @thinkingbout

      Since most people can't afford the furniture anyway, it shouldn't increase the motivation to build large enough apartments too much.

    If someone is sleeping on bed and by mistakenly your child press the fold baton. You will be automatically fold on top of your roof. If someone is working and software working not good you will be jailed in your walls like ANAR KALI in 🇮🇳 india. Furthermore repairs cost of these things are extremely high and skilled worker can do. Ideas are extremely good and can change future trends but they have there own Faults which will be clear after use. Even single iron stick to single bolts can fail whole System and thing.
