The guy at the end repping 150, for what I assume is his first time doing actual barbell squats, is actually insanely impressive.
Makes you wonder what some of these tough minorities could do if they'd been raised in the sport.

@@edntz Why did you bother going through all the comments to say Lu is not natural? Of course most of them are not natural. Lu is praised for his techniques, not his strength. Olympic Weightlifting is prob one of few categories where natty could win gold. (Lu won multiple golds even when he was natural)
Because most competitors could easily squat way more than they could snatch/clean&jerk. Which means natty or not, if you got the techniques, conditioning, mentality down, you'll win.
Take this as an example: If you let strongmen clean&jerk 200kg, it'll most likely injure them, and you know strongmen are the most injected ones in most sports.

@@XXLRebel I don’t like North Korea either, but until the 1970s, North Korea was still more developed than South Korea, and if compared with places like India or Bangladesh, normel people's life in North Korea is sitll much better even for now, education and housing are kinda free there, they are a strictly controled country is because they re afraid of USA and dont trust China, and due to that, they have always wanted to develop nuclear weapons, which requires a militarized systemn. If the USA promises security, North Korea will be much more open than it is now,but usa refuse to do that. They need North Korea to give them a reason to intervene in Asian politics, otherwise South Korea and Japan won’t need american troops on their country. so, things in Asia are very complicated, and Western media will never report this.
