I love hanging out at the asylum. I just dace away hours listening to this song loop. Then I got the soundtrack for the game and I can listen to it anywhere in the game. Heheh, foxy boxes.

Actually got me several goth girl in those days just by knowing the lyrics well enough to blow most of their socks off when this song was totally unknown. Perfect classic. But I didn't care about all these goth girls. And yes ill never forget you, the one girl I enjoyed this song with the most in the park.(keeping you anonymous of course) You were totally not gothic, but you got the essence of the song perfectly and we enjoyed each other for years I think partially(our initial spark and connection) was fuelled by this song. 100%. I still miss you every day, and the one time we met years after all had happened and talked for literally 12 hours straight like we were still seeing each other daily , I can basically tell your into me to. But because we are both morally compassed right people we wont do anything with it(since we both had active relationships). A shame. Cause its literally the only girl in this country I ever though about marrying. Heck its probably my soulmate even, with all the things we experienced together and the fact we always had something to talk about, made each other laugh. Improved the best in each other, and covered each other weaknesses.(Heck I did help her through like 2 degrees or something, degrees I don't even have cause I choose the sales path very early). @@Erribell there will never be another vtmb again, just enjoy it for what it was. They caught lightning in a bottle with it, it's a time capsule of late 90s early 2000s goth subculture. Just be happy we got vtmb at all.

Still the best game involving vampires...to bad they fucked up so badly that they went out of business...then again: They are making another Vampire: The Masquerade game...hopefully a truly good one (not that VTMB isn't, I love it!)
The inspiration of this song fits even better: the writer had a pet rat wich needed to be seperated from her other rats because it became cannibalistic and in the end the rat started eating himself when he was alone.

I just can't help but to always think about the game and it's success. It's so random and accidental. I'm sure they weren't even remotely aware what they've got on their hands before the release. And the worst part is, they can't reproduce it. They upped the quality in their next products and it's just not it. It's not working. I guess we should just be happy that they hit the mark at least with this one, even by mistake.
This game has a powerful atmosphere. night city, vampires... It takes my soul right away, I stumbled upon the game by accident and passed it a year ago. The game is unique and I have never seen such an atmosphere of a vampire night city before
@@Volf-sicret i found it in one magazine as a demo, didn't think much of it, couple of years later my goth friend and vampire enthusiast told me to give this one a try and handed me a usb with a pirated game. Told him I'd like a game that goes wider both horizontally and vertically in this subject, and he said this one was it, the rest is history
