Sorry for the late response, I somehow did not see this. Yes, it is absolutely possible, but due to lower attributes it will be more difficult. You won't survive as long in fights nor hit as hard as you can with dual classes.
Would be great to see some grimtools link for the characters on this kind of videos, or maybe of some characters you've played before using these principles to get a better picture.
