@@IdkS12828 still, missing out on iOS 16. That’s a dealbreaker. Plus, security updates aren’t guaranteed
@@emilsecker7881 it’s still very usable to call and send texts, most apps still support iOS 15 so it will be a few years until it stops getting support

I’m still rockin with iPhone 7 Plus jailbroken 13.4.1, I am happy.
I fixed my iPhone 7 for the data on it and it’s still running iOS 13.1.2 and though RUclips doesn’t work on it and that it’s only 32gb I kinda wanna keep it on that old OS so when years go by it’s still rocking almost the original iOS it came out with

iPhone 7 has the best camera for daylight pictures out of the box. After the 7 iPhone pictures became more and more oversatured and HDR + AI became even untweakable with 13 and up. Except when you shoot in ProRaw, (introduce with 12 pro models) which you still only can use on the much more expensive Pro models. And ProRaw needs the be color edited after it's used. Besides that 99% of iPhone users used the phone camera for snapshots. Conclusion if you want a daytime snapper ( point and shoot camera) is still the best choice.
i've had my iphone 7 since last year as a hand-me-down from 6 years ago. it still works fine, but it's almost useless cuz my storage is practically full. i am tired of constantly deleting photos that held many memories. not to mention the battery life-- it is TERRIBLE. yesterday i charged it to 67% and 3 hours later it's dead. i barely even used it, only to text my parents and play games on google. not to mention i was only using it during intermissions at a show.
Watching this on my iPhone 7 and it isn’t a good phone anymore since you run out of storage pretty quickly. I only have 2 GB left on my phone since it’s 32 GB iPhone. Also battery life sucks since I can only use for 3 hours then I have to charge it again. I definitely need to upgrade my phone since I had this phone for 5 years

Watching this on my pink iPhone 7. Bought it on 2019 cz I wanted to buy iPhone after getting my dream job. And also I wanted an iPhone with the home button so opted for 7. Still running smoothly on ios 15 just that battery drains a lot😅
Tbh, I switched to android for a few days and then I switched to my 7 again. Must say ios is a different kind of experience altogether. Never switching to android again!

everyone seems to be having no issues with their iphone 7 now but mine is just painful to use for whatever reason, with random cuts in audio when listening to spotify, 5-second delays in safari when tapping something, random app freezes, and other annoying things
Could be a battery issue if you’ve been using it for many years. If you don’t want to upgrade, you should get that battery replaced because battery health has a pretty substantial impact on performance.
yours might be a release model like mine lol our models have these issues

@@emilsecker7881 because the iPad pro with a9 and 2GB RAM iPad is still supported with dual core and iPhone 7+ with a10 quad core and 3GB RAM not, the only logical explination I see is since iPhones are small they tend to having heating issues cause phones don't have enough space to breath like tablets, iPads not tend to eat up as much and battery can hold strongly, iPhone 7+ has bad battery life on ios 13 and 14 already where as the iPad pro from 2016 tend to get 7 hours of on screen time under medium to heavy use alot of android phones struggle to hit the 7 hours mark under heavy use were as the iPhone struggles to get 2-3 hours of on screen time you see where it's coming from now ???

@@emilsecker7881 even plain a9 iPads are supported iPad 9.7 (2017) which also has 2GB RAM the iPhone 6s has the exact same specs but then again bad battery life and heating issues is the reason why it's not supported it heated up alot on ios 13-15 as well, the hardware is strong enough and can handle ios 16 but also 17 and maybe 18 for the future but this is the only logical explination to why the iPhone 6s series and even 7+ isn't supported because on paper it sounds stupid that iPhone 7+ isn't supported because it's a10 quad core and 3GB RAM. We were at the point of time where tech reviewers and I was saying their is no way to make this iPhone unusable the a9 is still way to powerful enough. Now u understand why the iPhone 6s isn't supported but the iPad 9.7 (2017) with same specs as the 6s/6s+ and se which is still supported.
