In this and previous videos, part 1, 2 and 3, you mentioned a strange set of bolts at the bottom of the door panel. They are used to adjust the pitch of the window. The more slack in the two bolts will bring the top of the window closer to the door frame and elimate wind / air sounds. Hope this helps other people.
