High Performance Boat Engine needs zinc- Sport Nautique V8

PCM Pleasure Craft Marine 310 HP 5.8 HO Pro Boss V8 marine engine in our 1994 Sport Nautique boat - both a high performance and a classic engine, which the Amsoil Z-Rod motor oil with high zinc content is specifically designed for. The oil also has a life of 2 years or 5,000 miles. Since our 351 Ford motor (ProBoss with ProTec ignition) is used to pull hard and fast (waterskiing, wakeboarding, tubing, pleasure rides, etc.) - the engine works hard for spurts at a time, and then needs to idle smooth, and handle storage for weeks and then months at a time. We live in Northwestern PA and have around 70 Acres of Land, in the middle of family homestead land from more than 4 generations back. We have one daughter, one rescued Great Dane, and one cat.
