Hello, everyone! Yes, of course! I have lots of racing games and sims; Forza, AC, ACC, PC, PC2, beamng Drive, DiRT Rally (1, & 2.0), and many, many others. I’ve been a fan of racing games since the very early 80s. We’re in a golden age where there are TONS of awesome games (and sims!) to choose from. My comment was based on EVERYTHING that the GT series has offered, from the playing/progression standpoint, to the obscure cars that were brought into the spotlight, to the ability to mechanically customize vehicles (as early on as the GT series did), to the overall presentation ans educational value that it’s brought to the players. I’d argue that once GT stepped into the room (back in late ‘97), other racing games perked up, took notice, and immediately started to feel a little underdressed. ;p So… I’m not saying that it’s *the best driving/racing game every made in every aspect”, I’m saying that (again, to *ME*… MY humble opinion) it’sthe greatest tribute to the automobile.
