    Much respect for the Bears players who use their voices and platforms to communicate with the public. They have been very deliberate and thoughtful in what they're communicating. Had they not shared the bit they have, the dysfunction and issues would have been allowed to continue with NO changes made. Those who cover sports are being extremely hypocritical. On the one hand, they say they value players sharing what they do, and later go after the players for speaking too much, when they know that if the players didn't share anything they would be howling about the "lack of candor". Be careful what you wish for when you try to tell players to effectively 'shut up'.

    Love the show guys. Keep Brown, we don’t need a coach from a team that should have won a SB but hasn’t. Belichek is from a different era. His time has come and gone. Agree with you Lance, get a young coach. Thanks Lance for bringing up the role model. I’m 67 and one of the high points of my life is Ernie Banks stopped me in the hallway of my Southside school and gave me 2 tickets to a Cubs game.

    Just give me a head coach that is 1) smart and doesn't get outmatched and doesn't choke in the final seconds 2) isn't awkward and knows how to really get down to earth and talk to his guys and the media like he's a normal human, and 3) be able to man up and take some got dan personal responsibility and admit when he screwed up.

    Just imagine if a white player said “Yes!!! We got a white quarterback!!!”. Even though I get what you guys are saying, this is a bad look to say as a black man lol these thought processes just create further division. Doesn’t matter what the past was, this doesn’t push in the right direction.

    • @Teremei

      the only people it divides are white people who are a bit too sensitive about race. in other words, soft racists.

      I don't feel divided about it. Do you?

    • @benjaminrobert588
      @benjaminrobert588 13 дней назад +1

      @@Teremei I think it clearly does. Jaylon Johnson is cheering over a QB being selected because he is black rather than his merit as a person and QB. It is a shot at white people showing he prefers a quarterback based on their skin color, which would be a huge issue in today's society if the roles were reversed in who was selected and who made that quote.

      *Lovie was a DC for 4 years with the St. Louis Rams coordinating the top defense in the NFL for 2 years and taking them to the Super Bowl. Thomas Brown has been an OC for only 8 games with his passing game being responsible for Bryce Young failing as a rookie QB for the Panthers offense and HC/OC Frank Reich being fired. Once again, his passing game has been responsible for OC Shane Waldron and HC Matt Eberflus being fired with the Bears and rookie QB Caleb Williams trying to over Thomas Brown panned passing scheme by many EX QB's now analysts. 2 HC's and 2 OC's with rookie QB's have been fired and the common denominator has been Thomas Brown was on their staff as the passing game coordinator. If you listen to everything the players have said all season, Caleb is the problem. He's not putting in the work he needs to. With the talent on this offense, he should be putting up Brock Purdy numbers. Instead, he's leaving plays on the field.
