I'm confused. Once I close the sale with a phone call, where do I send the client to pay for the course?

I want to be a health coach but I'm used to people hitting on me and saying things in a way that makes me feel uncomfortable even when trying to just pay for gas - and it happens with all genders, so working exclusively with women won't help much. I worry about this type of experience happening with a client. I have multiple friends who are massage therapists who say that it's common for clients to ask them for sexual favors or to try to turn the session into an ask anything with uncomfortable questions or just slip in sexualized remarks. Health coaching is a lot different, so if something like that happened it would probably be much less intense and a lot easier to deal with - but having one on one conversations with people can sometimes involve random surprises like this. Has this happened to you? If so, how often? Have you heard other health coaches mention anything about this? And do you have any suggestions for how to respond if that does happen? And any suggestions for preventing it? Thanks! Loving your videos!

This is a real concern! You might want to consider this as you develop your screener. What types of questions might you ask a potential client before you take them on that would alert you to their lack of focus or intention about wellness? Also, what could you include in your contract that establishes boundaries and termination of services?

Maybe only work with women - I have the same problem from time to time, men crossing lines, so I decided to only work with women. Boom, problem solved.

I see your course is for women. Have you considered making a course for men?
