Writer, speaker, and Integrative Nutrition Ambassador Maria Marlowe experienced many health problems growing up on such a diet, including having acne, being overweight, and getting sick way too often. The concept of “food as medicine” helped turn her lifestyle around to clear up her ailments. I really am interested in this movement!! my accent is my weakness!!
But I really wants to help people change their eating habits! Specially that my kids are growing up here in the state and I’m trying hard not to let them form bad eating habits with all the temptations and food options that are advertised for kids!!
I think Kids with good eating habits are less likely to suffer from obesity and many other diseases when they grow up!
