As much as I love k1g4n3's remix, this version isn't what I'd recommend for first time reaction, it should be something you listen to after you've already experienced the original song. The best ones would be the offcial version (for obvious reasons), the NotherWael mix or the Lunartique mix (those 2 are a lot closer to how the song played ingame).

It's weird that this one plays Catherine's half first (denoted by the higher pitch), when part of the driving conflict was the fact that we DIDN'T know her feelings, only Heathcliff's perspective on the matter.
It was a literal plot point that neither of them could express themselves honestly.

It doesn't ruin it but makes the story presented differently but it is the same two people who blame themselves for the perceived and actual suffering of the other and wishing to rectify it in a very roundabout way due to them not wanting/being unable to talk
