OMG we have the same problem but the only downside of mine is that I did not go to rehab. I still continue playing now but I just don't use my shoulder. Most of the power in my shots that i generate comes from my elbow, wrist and fingers, minimal shoulder movement as my shoulder is prone to dislocation. The pain is far less now but it still hurts if it gets dislocated. I do not know if this injury of mine can be fixed by rehab since it has been 5 years that it was first dislocated and no treatment in between those times.
Lets GO! It's nice that you have people checking up on you. You're amazing keep it up. I want to get back to practice thanks to you haha. I might pick up one of your protection tape for my new Mizuno F11 P racket actually. do you recommend the normal standard one?
It's a niche video(not for everyone), but I sure was intrigued by it. I see myself often puzzled about my shoulders(I can't bench press at all) so I should probably do something similar seen here. :)
hello , im also suffering from rotator cuff injusry , i have been doing the exercise for 2 months , got better, played yesterday and now its hurting again. Can you PLEASE walk me through how u treated it
ok but legit question, what do we do if we cant afford a good physio like chris 😂😂cuz my physio doesnt do all that, he just asks questions, and gets me to do some generic exercises. im not saying it doesnt help, but it doesnt really compare to someone taking slow motion video of u jumping and landing to figure exactly where ur problem is, and tailor specific exercises for u
I understand, I had the issues for 2 years with my shoulder for the exact same reason! As our injuries are often sport specific, it's important to investigate some time/resource to find a sports-related physio who will help you understand/tailor your treatments to your needs. Let me talk to Chris and see if we can come up with a solution 👌

Glad to hear you’re enjoying your badminton! Tapes wise, if you want a thinner look/feel, the thinner option would work well 👌

Yep! Get it treated as it’s important to look at long term mobility 👌 good luck!! 😊
Can I ask for a review about the astrox lite 27i and 21i
The way you described your shoulder popping out was horrifying, glad it's back and working well. Shoulder strengthening exercises FTW
