I can’t wait to start my financial plan for 2025. All of my bills are just $150 dollars shy of what I make in one check so planned to have all bills come out at the first of the month (not this month in January chile) but February. So the next check will be for me to save. (Side note I do have some saved to the side to support my account when I pay all monthly expenses on one paycheck) I plan to pay off my car in 7-8 months.
I wasn’t taught about finances and I was actually made to feel guilty for saving money (instead of giving to family), so saving money and budgeting are hard for me. I’m trying to get it right this year.

I can pay my bills with my paycheck BUT my “side hustle” aka passive income helps me push it on through and have the lifestyle I want. Well, it’s not so passive lol I work hard on my food truck on the weekend. The downside is I often push it too far, and I’ve learned to slow down.

(1) keep a mini notebook and record your daily expenses - this info can later be transferred to your budget sheet to show the actual amount that was spent in that month in comparison to the budget, I like keeping the book in my car as its easier for me to record as soon as I come out of the store (2) buy from a thrift store especially when it comes to clothes you can recycle your wardrobe that way without spending too much just make sure you take care of your stuff.
I was Facebook hacked a couple months ago. Thankfully I got rid of some banking information off there before they could get it... I paid off a credit card and I'm on the way to paying off a second one. I will use those payments to pay more money towards my car payments.

Most folks are so wasteful they can’t see their money! Folks get their lashes, nails and bags but say they broke! Most are not broke just don’t know how to budget and say no to wants and yes to needs
