  • In this video I show you how to warm up your bow arm and I give you some practicing methods to play with the whole bow, to bow straight and for bow control in the upper half of the bow.

    Good to have u back. What's the reason one starts with big movement and than smaller onces ( which u did not show in the video). Why not start with small sections and go into big onces?

      Thanks! And thank you for the question! For warming up I have found it more effective to start with large movements to expand the range of motion before going on to the small controlled movements but if you find it better to start with smaller movements that is fine too. It is always best to find out what works best for you.
