TCRs continue to be one of best bikes! I've had 4 since their inception-fast, responsive, agile. And this one looks awesome! Love the colour! Just wish my wife would let me get one!
I agree in comfort but my 2018 tcr advance disk KOM doesnt seem as snappy as my 2019 specialized allez sprint comp. Maybe it's the stock pr2 wheel set? Carbon is suppose to be lighter than aluminum but doesnt feel that way. Could also be the disk vs rim brakes?
That bike is dope! Olympic Champion gets to paint it gold if he wants to...he’s earned it and may only get that color for years of his life. Love the little custom touches of his initials and famous races he’s won.

I know it's carbon fibre but my brain keeps thinking its an aluminium frame with smooth welds with that shiny metal finish. Probably the most stunning thing about it is under the paintwork though. Giant are probably are the best manufacturer's of mass produced CF frames in the world at their Taiwanese factory. Shame many brands now don't use Giant anymore and moved to other cheaper factories to save money. That's why for me Giant are something special, the brand on the bike is actually the same company that actually manufactured the bike.
I've had a browse through the main manufacturers' catalogues for 2020, and Giant is by far offering the best looking bikes in their range! The 2 colour faded TCR is stunning, and so is the exposed carbon weave black TCR, which resembles the 2012 model, one of the most beautiful 'modern' road bikes out there! Kudos Giant!
Cool, love the paint job. Also, a bike with no dropped seat stays and I see he has added the sprint shifters so he has a Campag like set .... which is all good. I have a Giant outlet near me and they are a great buy. Although as a titch at 5'6" I worried about mentally dealing with the constant irony of riding a Giant!

Giant is getting better and better with the color schemes but they have always been excellent quality bikes that's why I buy them. Besides if you ride fast enough nobody can see the paint job lol.
Theirs one problem as a bike enthusiasts with these type of bikes. The front draileur can't be repositioned for a larger chainring (61-75T). Due to the holes for the screws being made into the frame.
I think Ollie took the wrong saddle height, they must have been 76.5cm, with van Avermaet standing at 1.81m it's impossible it is only 66.5cm, also with 62 cm reach. He also compared it with himself that has around 76-77cm of saddle height. By the way, it's very interesting that that very bike fit differs from Peter Sagan's only by 0.5cm, they could swap their bikes without problems
Does anyone know if the bolt holding the seat angle is standard or if it's been replaced on the newer TCRs? Curious if it's a hack instead of the thumbscrew present on both my older Propel and TCR.
