    Amazing! Was stuck for an hour asking myself what the hell 3:5 and 4:4 meant! Definitely need that 3:5 after listening to this though haha, nowhere near 5:40 :p Thanks for the video!

    What would be the disadvantage to a faster swimmer wearing a 3:5 suit?

    Poor swimmers just need to learn how to swim instead of getting assistance. Getting low legs is not a question of poor leg buoyancy or poor kicking, it's about poor technique. It's seems to me that learning a new skill and enhancing one's technique is the essence of sport! Floating horizontally and even slightly downhill is THE first lesson all good swimmers have learnt!

    I swim just a bit slower than 5:40 (around 5:45), but I do have quite a weak leg kick? Which would you recommend?
