Saw the whole video, and the most satisfying part has to be when you were punching out the holes. The sound was so satisfyingly grainy, but not too grainy like glass rubbing together, more like sandpaper running along dry soap.

Leather work is one of most satisfying work. Just the sound of cutting them can put me to sleep
It’s not wildly difficult. Leather work isn’t that deep of a hobby. He goes a little wild with all the machines and rigs but anybody with a table and a box knife can make a belt

Working with leather is really fun, the only downside is the cost.

My uncle is a master carpenter and Leatherman. He taught me a few things here and there. Not bad. He is amazing though.
