Last year I hooked into a Huge Musky while bluegill fishing using 4lbs line. I just saw it swim by the boat before snapping my line like he didn’t even know he was hooked. The worst part was he got away with my pink jig that was HOT🔥that day catching the Gills. I’ve never found one like it since. 😢
What is your BIGGEST Fish on what pound line?
32 lb flathead on 10 lb line
Two nice kitties in one day? Not too shabby! I've caught some pretty nice smallies on 4 pound line before, but I've never taken a weight.
Caught a 44 inch musky last year on 6 lb braid. Also a 36 inch northern on 4 lb braid this year. 30 inch cat on 6 lb
What kind of line are you using? Catch a 22# carp on 10#.
On that rod it was 6lb P-Line Floroclear
Caught a 30+ buffalo on 4 pound test. Hooked a 2700 black angus on 10#, never got it in.
I don't know what swimming shark like means. Is that just below the surface?
A shark swims with a big head swing at a steady pace and almost all GIANT fish will swim that way
