I've been bullied for being turkish when i was younger, now I don't care much about it but its just gets really annoying when people say stuff like "why are you here go back to where ur own country" idc if they mean it as a joke or not, at some point it really gets annoying and is not anything i can laugh at. And with that the man stepped out of the room and another man walked in seeing perfectly. Without saying a word the man looked around and gave looks as he stepped toward the person of his own color. What do you relate to. The blind man or the seeing man? If you relate to the blind man more, the world that you see does not have color; for color does not matter. Everything is the same relating to how it does not matter your race, sex, or age. If you relate to the seeing man, you would be better off being blind. In your world color matters and you discriminate others for having a difference. Don't be the seeing man; for that will bring down just like how you see others.

Not really the same. What you’re preaching is being “colorblind”, a lot of white people tend to say “I don’t see color” in order to avoid actually trying to face their own racist ideas. Race is part of People’s identity, it is a part of who everybody is. Yes, every person should be acknowledged as beautiful and amazing, but not in the same way. They should be seen that way because they’re different, because of every part of them, race, ethnicity, everything. Your story sounds good on a surface level, but the idea behind that is bad. Don’t try to teach people to be “colorblind”

The year we happen to be in won’t change this issue. Stop for the love of god saying “I can’t believe it is current year and we haven’t learned yet”. This stuff will keep happening because there will always be people with hate in their hearts. I like your positive message but the current year shit. I agree with you. But I do have to say being asian american it's hard to hangout with the Asian crew and feel accepted by them. Because they also look down on me and most of the time they have their own tight knit group. Im not sure how to explain it but I am to "white wash" for their standards and from my experience outcasted for that.

I'm a bruneian ( I know its more like south-east asian ) (and I'm aware of the controversies) I just can't stand it when stuff I like this happens no matter the place. It's just so heartbreaking to see people being treated poorly around the world. I don't care about people's colours, race and religion (everyone has their own beliefs). As an Asian I feel like I’ve been looked down upon lots of times even when I don’t see it, not so much people like to discriminate in the place I live , but it can feel pretty heart breaking when there aren’t much people of your kind around and other people might exclude you in games. It’s sad if you come to think of it though....since i have this one Japanese classmate (left the school to move back to japan) and everybody loved him, really funny dude. But then there’s people out there that decide just because of ones hair, eyes, nose, or even hands, (pretty much their body) decides to “write” postic-notes and put them on their body, if you think of it as judgement. I was running last March.. panting from a six mile shake out. I was approached by a white couple, who asked if I had recently been to China. I politely responded “no”... but they persisted.
“Are you sure?”... what?! I’m sure I would remember. I live in a tri-racial family, with a white mom, indian dad (adopted). Hate has no place.

It’s important to understand viruses like this happen. It is not the fault of the citizens living in the country and they do not deserve to be hurt! If anything, you should blame the governments for not being able to control the spread of the virus, instead of taking your anger out on innocent people:D The asians you see around you couldn’t do anything to impact the spread of the disease. It wasn’t their fault.
