How To Build IKEA Alex Drop File Drawers - STEP ONE

I ran into a road block when building the IKEA Alex drop file drawers... my road block was on STEP ONE!
It took me a while to figure out what the picture instructions were trying to say. So I wanted to make a video and put this out there in case any one else has run into the same issue with building the Alex Drawers from IKEA.
