I live in Florida. I have 4 pimento trees in my backyard. I harvest the berries every year, process the berries, bottle the dried product and give it away to my family and friends. I’m in love with pimento. I owe my education to it. I’m from Woodlands.

The whole tree of allspice can be used. The purples are meant for wine or tonic.

I originally came here because I just wanted to say thanks, because i was just searching RUclips to find out more about pimentos and most of the videos above yours were just plain bad and/or too short. ---> Oh, and it would be nice if you made your entire audio track all around the same level of volume.
