Thanks Judi! Great information, especially about the sinus pain relief. I know a lot of people who suffer from sinus pain so I’m sure this will be helpful. Thanks again!
Hi! Thanks for watching and commenting! I'm glad the info was helpful to you and I hope it will help your friends who are suffering. I'd like to know the results, if they do try it. Take care :)
@@JudiintheKitchen I just purchased organic pumpkin pie spice and it has in it: all spice, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. I used it for a cake. But then started to wonder if all these spices had anti inflammatory properties because I need that desperately. I know ginger and cinnamon are good. And just read cloves is great. Then saw your video about all spice. Just gotta look up nutmeg to make sure it’s healthy and safe too and then I’ll make a tea daily with it. Thank you for responding. Great video.
@@pg4427 With all things considered, you should be fine with your pumpkin pie spice (in reasonable amounts). The only spice that could be of concern is nutmeg. Nutmeg is fine and safe in usual dietary amounts, used as a seasoning. However, if someone goes overboard on it, nutmeg can cause a type of toxic "intoxication." Since you're using pumpkin pie spice, which is a blend of spices, even if you use it for tea, it's not as if it was straight nutmeg. For instance, taking in 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg by itself (as maybe in a tea) can produce toxic effects. Since yours is in the mixed spice, it seems you would need to ingest a lot to get that much nutmeg. So, bear all this in mind when you make your tea with the pumpkin pie spice. Some would be OK, whereas a lot may present problems to you. I hope this helps! Take care :)
