In addition to being in lockdown (northern italy) my boyfriend has broken up with me at the beginning of lockdown, two and a half months ago. Since then I have started exercising daily (finally starting to see some abs), improved my diet a lot and lost 3kg, written my bachelor's thesis and about to do my final exams, started therapy to improve my mental health, ordered The Secret on Amazon and kinda completely reinvented myself as a person (yes, I have also shopped quite a bit). Now I am looking for a job for this summer to check out career opportunities.
This video pretty much sums up my glow up :D

Just a thought which I hope will be helpful and not overly critical. As an extremely pale person I don’t like the idea that “everyone looks better with a tan.” I’m not about to put on a fake tan just because society thinks it looks better. It’s too general and also doesn’t apply to people with dark skin. No one should feel like they can’t be happy with the skin color and shade they were born with. :)
It’s definitely personal ☺️ I use hyperboles a lot, it’s just my personality and I think most people know not to take everything I say completely literally 🤍

As an extremely pale person, I believe everyone looks better with a tan or at least a healthy glow from the sun :)
There have been a number of studies carried out which found people who had a golden yellow glow from eating lots of fruits and veggies were rated more attractive than those who had a tan from the sun! Motivational hehe! Look it up guys :)

Ugh girrrrl I wish I was stuck inside and had the opportunity to catch up on sleep but unfortunately i’m a first responder and have been doing the exact opposite. Working double time especially with what’s going on now on top of a pandemic. I’m more burnt out and exhausted more than anything else, I’ve been loosing a little too much weight which is not what I want to happen, and my skin has not been it’s best lately.

Whaaat? Castor oil ( huile de ricin ) is 100% natural and in 2 weeks I had my lashes who touched my glasses, it’s amazing it helped my aunt to have her hair growing back after a chimio

Really, you should try, but put it with your finger on the roots of your lashes, even if you got some in your eye , it’s nothing , but the kind of mascara they sell , it doesn’t work because it doesn’t reach the groots !

I’ve done the test on my leg first, when I saw that, after a shaving, and 1 week of castor oil on my right leg, my hairs grew faster concerned, i’ve put it on my lashes 🙏🏼
Laure Crp how do you apply castor oil onto your lashes tho I need help I have got it but I don't know how to use it
M Ali i don’t use a mascara brush , only my fingers i put one in the oil, and after I apply it directly on my eye (closed of course haha) , i often get a bit of oil in my eye but it’s not painful at all ! Really do like that each night before sleeping, you wash every morning & do that every day you’ll see results in 2 weeks ! Take pictures every day if you want to really see the difference but if you wear glasses you’ll feel it (as I said my eyelashes touched them 2 weeks after! And i just use them for computer , never all the time)
It works with hair but you need like, 4 shampoos to take the oil off so I don’t do it
My “glow up” consists of starting from within (where it counts)
Helping others and being kind
And enlightening myself with knowledge and morals that can benefit all around me

HEALTH TIP: Turmeric is extremely good for you but a lot of the time our bodies don't absorb it that efficiently but by adding a bit of black pepper (if it's in a smoothie you'd hardly taste it) you can improve the absorption by 2000%!

During lock down i started going natural with every thing i dropped my flat iron and started caring for my hair, skin and body. I couldn't believe how i used to lock my natural self by burning my hair every day and how bad i treted my body not working out or caring about the food i eated. As much i hate lock down i really love that i found myself and understood things i would never do . Thankfully know i love my self with no filters no makeup or straight hair. I'm so proud of myself for working out and caring for my health and i'm in place where i really love my shape .

this was such a positive video. I didn't feel pressured, you just gave some good suggestions. It's easy to hear advice from someone who is already attractive and successful and brush it off, but your inclusive attitude was really refreshing and what I needed to hear to motivate me to take better care of myself
I am naturally thin but pre-diabetic so this is great and surely motivate me to improve my physical health. I buy cookies at the grocery store right now. Depending on bow big the cookies are, I have two or three per day and then I put them in the freezer and try to cover them up with other packages so I am not tempted by them. Also, my mom's friend landed me a water bottle and it is very high-quality and part of the reason is I can actually see the water. My goal is to have at least four bottles of water every day. If I can have more than four great, but my goal is to have at least four. Also, I am a brown soda at heart and so I want to use to small lavender thermos and fill it with a diet soda as opposed to a regular soda and it will help my pre-diabetes tremendously! Also, I went on a trip recently to California and it threw me off taking my iron supplements consistently! Gotta change that! Gracias, Freddy! You are one of my favorite RUclipsrs! Its okay to feel low in this pandemic, its okay to gain weight, its okay to be pale or natural. You don't need to do anything to "glow up". Surviving a pandemic is a glow up in itself. Support POC, push for change and do what makes you happy. Live your best life whilst following the government guidelines. Don't feel the need to change or put pressure on yourself to improve your appearance just because you may be able to leave the house for an extended period of time. You are perfect just the way you are.
