    2:10 I love the packout loadout perfect you’re making me miss getting out and really tack on the Hiking. I’m a little out of shape though.

    0:52 are used to have that identical, same pack, but I passed it on down now I have the 60 liter pack

    13:20 I got the exact same black diamond track and poles. There are aluminum. We got them at REI and I think they’re about 169.

    Just found your channel. Awesome loadout! I absolutely love the waterproofing with the ziplock bags. That's the exact same thing I do. Works great! Can't wait to follow your journey!

    I'll be making that trip in July 6th.
    Walking Appalachian trail from Georgia to Pennsylvania.I know it's not story true, but I'm 67 years old and I just got done.Beating cancer Doctor said I need to walk.I can't take a note better way to do it

    My buddy used his 58 that he got from me on his section hike of Michigan. He did around 330 miles from the UPS down to his home.

    4:11 question with that card reader can you load a whole entire 4K video into your phone I’ve had trouble running a SD card reader into my iPhone and it’ll only allow me to upload a couple minutes of 4K footage

      so far it has allowed me to upload entire videos. The largest video I uploaded so far was 19 min

    14:07 what did you say? Your total weight pack was 32 pounds you’re definitely gonna get a good workout how many miles a day are you shooting to do?

      Yeah I started with 31lbs with food water and fuel. I have averaged 12 miles a day. Biggest day was 16.5 yesterday

    For me contacts were a terrible idea when traveling by bike or camping for extended periods. Just too much opportunity to get dirt into my eyes.

      I know I am figuring that out the hard way. Currently 70 miles into the trail. I just need to make sure to wash my hand when taking them out at night
