Hello this is a question for you both, what would be your best approach to treat someone with PCOS, and Endometrial Hyperplasia? I had an ultrasound a year after having my child because my period was gone, I am very over weight then discovered my uterus lining was too thick. Had a biopsy that said I had abnormal cells (which my ob said it was not cancer) and then had a D&C to scrap my uterus and then received an IUD to treat? I was told this can turn into cancer but is not cancer. I have not gone back to an OB since.. 1.5 years ago maybe because I’m scared. I’m 36, have 2 kids, I do have bladder pain, bladder leakage a lot, and I don’t know if need to check colon and bladder with a scope test as well as the uterus again? I don’t want to miss something. Or Should I take the IUD out? I’m lost.
