Already implemented some things you discussed last iffy and had incredible sleep! Thank you!! Set daily wake time, didn’t hit it “yet” but will get there. May try a strategic (or maybe “power”) nap today! I usually never do as they make me so sleepy all day and keep me up, but now I know why!!

I like the idea of the bedroom is only for sleep, however, we don't have a special area for the kids to do their school work. They prefer being in their room where all their stuff is. How can I implement this with my teenagers?
