- Catching Canadian National In Verona, PA. In this video, I was able to rail fan and capture my first Canadian National train on video. CN took over the old Bessemer & Lake Erie Railroad by purchasing it to expand its larger purchase of Great Lakes Transportation. Many thanks to Three Rivers Railfan for tipping me off on this location. It is because of their channel that I found out Canadian National goes through the Pittsburgh area. Verona is just 20 or so minutes north of the city near the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

I build locomotives for GE(Wabtec), pretty neat that a lot of people enjoy watching them go.
I love filming at crossings. The horn action is one of the best parts.

Canadian National is a big railroad company in the State of Michigan. CANADIAN National bought the Grand Trunk Railroad based in Detroit, Michigan. Canadian National also bought Soo Line Railroad based in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Canadian National also bought Wisconsin Central Railroad which is based in the State of Wisconsin.
Canadian National also has a Iowa Division.

Awesome job man I ACTUALLY CATCH THESE TRAINS in Butler Pennsylvania and the Bessemer and Lake Erie actually bought the first ever Wabtec battery powered locomotive for the ore trains
The squeaky wheels made my teeth hurt, lol. That was the first time that happened. Enjoyed the video anyway. 😁
Those CN trains are SO LOUD, especially when you hear them coming through town early in the morning!

Many years ago, I photographed the B&LE, I wonder if they still operate the B&LE locomotives, I have seem some B&LE locomotives on the CN in Illinois.
They still occasionally run them in western Pennsylvania.
WallieB26, that was TOTALLY AWESOME AND COOL! Loved it!
Nice to see a train that isn't plastered with graffiti.
Agreed
Man they really haul caboose.... Both ways. Awesome.
So i hear that you got Nate's and Marion's bee car. Congratulations to you both. I love the yellow color that it is. I hope people enjoy seeing that car in new videos that you make. See you later , and of course the bee car.
Wow wallie you almost look like my twin. I have long hair and a beard. I also were a hat also. Thanks for sharing your train video. I live in Alexandra ky. And i used to live in Dayton ky that had trains tracks all over. I even walked on one section that was so close to route 8 of Dayton ky.
