Was there a slope on this lot to accommodate the walk out basement? What about if you want a basement but the lot is flat?

Yes, I agree. It's unfortunate but our customers had no choice to move in around us so we had to just do the best we could..
Love the dog wash, but would have put in the garage, my dog isn't neat or calm during bath time.

He said that the new owners had to move in around him. He really had no choice. You should be grateful that he even shows us the house!
