I found a picture of Courage smoking a joint in a Porto potty yesterday, all red eyed. Some Ahole drew poo coming out of his butt and dicks and balls hanging off him everywhere, including the joint. Then, perhaps the main artist came back and put "You did my boy dirty" 😂 it was pretty upsetting
If anyone wonders why the "you're not perfect" creature jumpscare exists is because its ment to resemble the tuba Courage plays in the episode, which the Teacher antagonist of the episode was criticizing the preformance of amongst other things. It's a metaphor, right?
I think this actually falls short of the original, but it's still pretty great. This one feels much more cognizant and depressed, while the OG felt out of it and looked like he was dying by the end.
Man, this brought back so many traumatic memories. The original was creepy enough but this one is going to make me lose sleep tonight. Congratulations on making this even more nightmare fuel than it already is. I never seen your channel before until now, so I am going to check out your stuff.
The CGI and the way the "thing" looked sorta like a infant to me truly terrified me, Because it happened to me in a road trip to Las Vegas, My siblings were asleep and I was awake, we had a lil tv hanging from the ceiling in Tue car, I chose to watch Courage and the Cowardly Dog, it was like 22:12 pm, and when I first saw the "infant" or thing, I got goosebumps and scared.
"You're not perfect." "No, I'm not. Nobody is. Nobody in the mortal sphere even can be, no matter who they are or what they do or how hard they try. But I don't want to be, anyhow. I just want to be the best me I can manage to be. I'd be okay with that."
@@sunny-gt7qw The only thing more cringe than that is people who trawl RUclips comments just looking to insult people, especially when they're espousing a positive life philosophy they actually follow. Man, it must suck to be that cringe... but I wouldn't know about that. Bet you might, though.
Watching this reminded me of all the Top # Creepiest Moments in Children's Cartoons and those kinds of videos in early- and mid-2010s which introduced me to all these kinds of moments along with this as a child. Did anyone else get introduced to a whole bunch of cartoons like Courage through those kinds of videos? Also, does anyone else get a weird feeling after thinking about these videos you haven't seen in half-a-decade that I would describe as being similar to watching actual horror or something?
As creepy as it looks, I feel that it's actually more terrifying on an existential level to see what is effectively a "child's first Cthulhu" to just say you aren't perfect. That hits deep.
Courage : (Wakes up anxiously, runs to the moonlight and takes a deep breath)... *AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGHHHH!!!!*
Out of nowhere I was recommended the original clip from Courage yesterday despite not having seen it for maybe a few years or so, this feels a little bit too meta for me right now.
Did you guys know that this thing is supposed to be a bugle. The same mangled, imperfect bugle that Eustace had. It was mocking Courage because the instructor was constantly hammering ‘perfection’ into his brain and he couldn’t handle it anymore.
Imperfection, ruclips.net/video/74naTbmASDQ/видео.htmlsi=1HiQNBxpyum-BihP
an imperfection… to be cleansed? mmm, indeed.
And to think that I thought Courage the Cowardly Dog couldn’t get any creepier.

The original _"You're Not Perfect"_ is already a perfect on its own, but this new version makes it even more perfect. We are witnessing perfection.
Yes, but at what cost?
We didn't even have to pay 25 cents

It's perfecter

You mean Eustace? In this episode, he bought tuba and play it just to toy on Courage.

Sweet, great animation. Captures that subtle yet sudden eerie feeling of the original pretty well. Gonna go binge Courage now.

this one looks like he’s heard it so many times so he’s projecting the blame onto other people to ease his pain

One of my favorite scenes for sure 😂
He's been stuck in this void since at least 2002.
I was never creeped out by this, I found it more weirdly wholesome if anything. Glad it got an RTX remaster.
The fact you somehow managed to make this thing more creepy is as impressive as it is horrifying.

Well thanks for your honesty.
If the original gave children nightmares, this one would have given children mental traumas.
