There is a loco in the delivery siding. So a train will arrive, the loco at the front is released and draws forward. Then the loco in the siding is permitted onto the running line to draw back and attach to the train for its return working. The original loco then sets back into the siding.
Great video mate. I was going to visit the railway yesterday but I went to the Mid Hants railway instead. I have question to ask you, is the pannier tank staying at the railway this mouth? Thanks for sharing.
Again, beautifully shot.
Nice video - loved the scenery around the line as well - cheers :)
Great Loco, s the Panniers , just added 2 to my model railway layout .. Dave 🚂
Very pleasing branch line scenes at 2:21 and 3:14. Cows are always an asset!
A pannier and (almost) a B set. Quintessentially Great Western!

0:31 will go down in history as the most pathetic Great Western whistle ever! A very nice video of 6430. Regards. Cameron
