Spent the day watching all the MR-Dos vids. Don't even think about selling this car. You've put too much of you into it. It is a demonstration of your ability & commitment to "Make It Right". Fantastic!!! Besides, it's one of the coolest cars of the past 30 years. The only "tune" it might ever need is a Megasquirt.
I completely relate with your OCD-ness , getting in to the tiniest of areas to detail my vehicle which absolutely nobody else would even notice or see, except me.
Having OCD while cleaning your car is ok with me. I clean the engine bay everytime I wash my car, door jams, around the trunk lid, hell even inside the gas door. Regardless car gets looks and people ask if it's for sale. Usually indicates you're doing a legit great job...Great Channel and Life of Palo's should be featuring your builds all the time...👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾
Years ago, we had a couple of these that would come into the dealership for work. As I recall, they tended to be light in the front end but turbo with a stick... A lethal combination..
As a prior mobile detailer here in Phoenix, you don't have to go crazy with the water softener. You can get an inline filter designed for RV's and as long as you will be drying and polishing fairly quickly, water spots won't be a problem.
It's not OCD it's attention to detail , ha. Much rather see your way of working on cars than other youtubers who cut corners and rush their videos out. Thanks for the video Sarah, car is looking great, even before polishing. Look forward to seeing it finished and ready for the road.
Solution Finish or Gtechniq C4 for your black trim. An easy 1 year plus fix. It's not water soluble like the Back to Black types. Most of those are OK but you have to repeat every month or so. They are usually easy to apply though. Not for paint! Try CarPro PERL for your engine bay and tyres. Excellent for interiors too. Use the recommended dilutions. Car looks wonderful so you're a perfect match.
You should know by now, the things you find interesting are the things we find interesting, that's why we watch, like and subscribe to your channel. Don't edit yourself, let your OCD fly free.
I highly recommend “303 Aerospace Protectant” for your exterior rubber, weather stripping, black plastic, and your new wheel arches. It was originally engineered for airplane fuselages but they sell an automotive version in local parts stores now. It’s hands down the best trim protectant and I’ve tried them ALL. A little goes a long way and an application will usually last for 6-8 months if the part is exposed to the sun, even longer for wheel arches and door seals. Can’t recommend it enough.
Sarah, I have watched every video on Mr Dos and I have to say that from you started that car is amazing. Great job. It is a show stopper in my opinion.
Hyped for the drive segments. And hopefully Arizona stops blowing up from COVID so you can attend a C&C with Mr. Dos and blow people's minds. You deserve all the kudos for making this thing as mint as it is.
I want to make sure it matches DOWN BELOW, Sarah were sure it does HA! HA! That's also probably the first time I've watched paint dry and actually enjoyed it!
Sarah, I thinks it time you took Mr Does (?) out on a track day. Given how you where nailing the lines on media test day a while a go, you would do well. And with work and performance upgrades you have done both you and Mr Does deserve to go out and FANG IT!!
I will never underestimate the level of your OCD. Never. I mean sometimes I think we should have an intervention, but you are not hurting anyone else and you seem happy. Keep being you.
Yeah some of my 2004 face lift Celica wheel clips snapped also needed replacing not sure why that happens. Like the brush idea when foam cannon being used, I may use that. Peeling 🤤.
Hope you do a “Car Review” format video on Mr. Dos before you move on to Sir Codsworth and the TT! I believe we subs would really enjoy it! Thank you another great video.
Sarah -n- Tuned: Hey Sarah, Well... egg on my face! I honestly thought I had seen all your videos on Mr. Dos, but lo and behold, I somehow missed the car review... which I just watched and upvoted. Please forgive my blasphemous indiscretion! 😇 If it helps make amends, I did guess the bean score! Cheers from Ohio. 😀
I don't know what I enjoy the most, your knowledge of cars, your personality or your wacky sense of humor. Enjoyed this one like the others. I was sure biting my tongue with wanting to comment about wanting to eat everything lol.
I enjoy watching you work on cares as much as you driving them. I find your channel very motivation. Thanks for that! :-) I clean the door jam, under the hood, and under the trunk lid as much as the rest of the car. I agree with you, a dirty door jam ruins the whole experience of a nice car.
Sarah, I dun have OCD but if I have done what u did, I would probably touch up the screws on the inline fender to black on black and red on red. When I look at it, I would feel happier lol.
Sarah you have past the test, you are a true car enthusiast, enjoying hearing someone else giving it all the beans and polishing the underside of the engine cover ! Here is a strange tip, polish the side walls of your tires with black shoe/boot polish, it makes the rubber look new, like it is fresh out of the tire mold, not like some tire detailing products that can make the tires look like plastic.
Hi Sarah, great content. Don't underestimate the value this little car might have, I don't know if you heard it but earlier this year a 1971 Datsun 240Z was sold for a whopping $310,000 at an auction. Maybe teeter tot won't bring this much, but if there are some guys with money and aspiration for this model, you can probably get something more from this car.
Sarah, keep the FIRE jokes coming! Your attention to detail is amazing. I also like the fact that you don't beg for a "like and subscribe" at the end of each video. Keep up the great work!
I always do door jambs, sills, hood surrounds, trunk surrounds etc. when I detail my cars, engine bay - it looks so much better. And BTW - we would watch paint dry, if it's YOUR paint! Just make sure you're on camera too!
Nothing will ever be hard to get off when you’re around , even in the next state Miss gorgeous in shorts, the level of work and care going into this car is on a par with a heart surgeon at work , in fact I’d prefer you did my heart op Love Mr dos
I've been subscribed for a while first time actually watching your videos no offense I just got a lot of stuff I watch on RUclips but but I definitely interested in what you have so far keep it up very entertaining
Sarah, when using clay bar, only use ONE side. When it gets too dirty, squash it, stretch it, and fold the dirty side onto itself. You can do this many times to extend the life of the bar.
Sarah, you might want to check out the CRSpotless DIC20 or DIC10 water filter systems. I see you use the Simple Chuck system. With the DIC series you can buy just the filter resin material in bulk and replace it yourself. It saves big bucks for other OCD adventures...check it out.
(0:00) "Don't ever underestimate my level of OCD", oh Sarah, by now we know never to underestimate all of you, period. Lol!!! One more video and it's a MR2 cruise video, Sarah hits the road and has some fun!!!
Have you tried the product Solution Finish? It restores the factory black plastic trims. Worked wonders on my 2002 F-150. I seriously thought it was supposed to be grey trims on my truck, nope, supposed to be black. Got the job done with it. I was impressed.

The level of effort that you put into you are is just amazing. I could watch it all day long. Great video
Sara I love your OCD. It makes this channel top notch.
I long for the days of my youth when I had the energy to clean my car like this.
I completely relate with your OCD-ness , getting in to the tiniest of areas to detail my vehicle which absolutely nobody else would even notice or see, except me.

The title sums up everything you need to know this wonderful lady. I love this channel.
I think the paintwork on MR2 looks clean AF you did a great job on the first big detail and this clean up will bring it back 100%
I enjoyed the "bee roll" 🐝😆
You got it!!!! Yay!!!
Years ago, we had a couple of these that would come into the dealership for work. As I recall, they tended to be light in the front end but turbo with a stick... A lethal combination..
Mr. Dos is so clean. Admire your detail work!!
Great Job...Love your humor..........keep it going!
OP your determination is amazing! I would have lost my mind going over every single inch of a car inside and out like you have. Very admirable.
As a prior mobile detailer here in Phoenix, you don't have to go crazy with the water softener. You can get an inline filter designed for RV's and as long as you will be drying and polishing fairly quickly, water spots won't be a problem.
Sarah talking down on Mr. Dos when it looks absolutely immaculate. Off the showroom floor perfect.
Sarah, you make me smile, if not, laugh. Thumbs Up!!!!!!!
You are actually doing a great job on this car. I have seen none replace wheel well seals
You are the best detailer I have ever seen.
It's not OCD it's attention to detail , ha. Much rather see your way of working on cars than other youtubers who cut corners and rush their videos out. Thanks for the video Sarah, car is looking great, even before polishing. Look forward to seeing it finished and ready for the road.
I've been watching your MR2 project since the beginning....has to be one of the best MR2s in the country
Mr Dos is gettin' happy!!
Great work!
Sarah says it will never be perfect, looks perfect...
Watching in semi lockdown from Melbourne thanks.
Lovely Jubbly Sarah, beautiful car.
Amazing work Sarah, yes be great to see it driven! Miss my red MR2, your videos are THERAPY!

I just love it! Thank you, Sarah! Please, get rid of the TT and maybe get a Toyota MR2 Mk3 Spyder... I will love you for ever!
The way you fuss over it - that is one lucky MR2! Hope you stay well over there.
I always seem hypnotized when you’re talking...........😬you were saying 😍😍😍😍😍 thank you for sharing . My Best 🚒🚒🚒
Your OCD is magical. Thank you Sarah.
Miss Sarah, Mr DOS looking good and sounding!!Don't take any bs from anyone!! You rock!!
Sarah, I have watched every video on Mr Dos and I have to say that from you started that car is amazing. Great job. It is a show stopper in my opinion.
I miss my Mr 2 turbo. Great channel.
Great work Sarah. Love your sense of humor and work ethic. Mr. Dos looks amazing !
Hyped for the drive segments. And hopefully Arizona stops blowing up from COVID so you can attend a C&C with Mr. Dos and blow people's minds. You deserve all the kudos for making this thing as mint as it is.
I work on my project car in my garage on Saturday afternoons/evenings, too.
Mr. Dos is truly loved... 🥰
I want to make sure it matches DOWN BELOW, Sarah were sure it does HA! HA! That's also probably the first time I've watched paint dry and actually enjoyed it!
Hey Sarah, there is a product called Mr Black by Bowdens Own (Australian company) designed to rejuvenate car plastics that have gone grey etc. 👍
I love watching mr. Dose videos and those rims look awesome
Sarah, I thinks it time you took Mr Does (?) out on a track day. Given how you where nailing the lines on media test day a while a go, you would do well. And with work and performance upgrades you have done both you and Mr Does deserve to go out and FANG IT!!
Detailing is soo satisfying to watch😁
I will never underestimate the level of your OCD. Never. I mean sometimes I think we should have an intervention, but you are not hurting anyone else and you seem happy. Keep being you.
"wash-bucket warriors" lol
I said the same thing!
@@p.o.9964 In my opinion, everybody in Arizona uses rinseless.....
Careful with rubbing alcohol, if it is true rubbing it has a lubricant (oil) in it, check that label.
I tried many products to treat or restore black trim. None worked very long until I found Cera Trim. Great stuff.
Isn't there already one?
I did already

i use a worx leaf blower. 800 cfm really gets the car done quick. easy to wash a truck and car in 30 minutes.
Epic trim paintin' music, Sarah.
Fire...absolute fire.
OMG I love your shirt! Gary the Turbo Snail!!
Can't wait to see you drive it.
Fantastically detailed car.
You did great, well done.
The MR2 looks amazing!!!

Thanks for the inspiration for Saturday night, I'm going to garage to claybar my doorjambs :) Really :)
One more video and Mr. Did done. What a difference from the sad piece of junk on Charlie's trailer back in the day. Mission accomplished.
So many innuendos. LOL
Just started watching your videos.
Love it
I really love the rims you have on this car. I love these detailing videos.
Mr. Dos is looking and sounding great.
Sarah literally built a car 😲.

As always an educational video from a wonderful being.
Hi Sarah loveing the mrdos update car looking sharp 😊😊👌👌🐧🐧
I always do door jambs, sills, hood surrounds, trunk surrounds etc. when I detail my cars, engine bay - it looks so much better.
And BTW - we would watch paint dry, if it's YOUR paint! Just make sure you're on camera too!
I'd almost wager that Toyota would buy that thing back from you for a museum piece. It's literally the most mint MR2 I've ever seen.
Golly, I just lover your episodes. Mr. Dos is an awesome car.
Keep the great videos coming Sarah!
Like Taylor Swift sings... tape it off, tape it off!
You did a great job, Sare!
Nothing will ever be hard to get off when you’re around , even in the next state Miss gorgeous in shorts, the level of work and care going into this car is on a par with a heart surgeon at work , in fact I’d prefer you did my heart op Love Mr dos

Lol...Sarah's giggles make my day. :)
(0:00) "Don't ever underestimate my level of OCD", oh Sarah, by now we know never to underestimate all of you, period. Lol!!! One more video and it's a MR2 cruise video, Sarah hits the road and has some fun!!!
Excellent video Sarah, nothing I enjoy more when I'm stuck at home is watching someone else work. I'm a supervisor.
Awesome job on a fabulous car

Forever Black works great on black trim.
Your jokes are 🔥 as usual 😁
Yes, indeed. They are ahem...Appealing.
Great work and video as usual top prep work
Have you tried the product Solution Finish? It restores the factory black plastic trims. Worked wonders on my 2002 F-150. I seriously thought it was supposed to be grey trims on my truck, nope, supposed to be black. Got the job done with it. I was impressed.
Wow that is a very clean and tidy MR2 now. Also I also just want to see you drive it. T-tops off, through some tunnels
You are a Machine, nice work.
MR2 is looking great! You will enjoy riding in him very much!
Release thy Beans!
