India is such a colorful country, one has to travel in India to get the feel of exhilaration by the people and sights….I have traveled many countries and many travelers have directed my attention to visit India, so I flew into New Delhi and spent a week getting to know the surroundings and food (yummy)…Noraly did the right thing and visited the local entertainment and it’s people… that was amazing… I usually hit the street markets and there are many in New Delhi..so interesting.. and the people were so kind….

Your ride thru India brought back some fond memories of my two trips to India. I personally loved India overall, but it’s a challenging country for sure. My most favorite times were at first light in the mornings. The calmness and serenity are such a stark contrast to the cacophony that comes later in the day. I’m looking forward to watching the rest of your journey. Ride on!

most of the goddamn noise is from vehicles.they're working on laws to reduce it. Let's remain hopeful ig. With the massive push to electric vehicles and the government heavily subsidizing them it might just come true

Okay, so I'm hooked. I started viewing your channel with season 6. I decided I'd like to see more about the beginnings of your adventures so I jump to the middle of season 1. And before finishing that I decided to jump to the beginning episodes. While watching this first season I'm aware that in "real time" you're else where and I'm excited to catch up. I love the how you present the road travel and bits of history and the morning orientation of where you are on the map. All of this sends me off to explore the history of the countries you pass through.
So, all-in-all, this adds up to a great travel log and a vicarious experience for me. AND, I do this as my relaxation at the end of my busy day. Thank you. Have a good life.

Good luck girl and safe trip.

The raw nature of this travel footage is the best! I love how exotic and shockingly different India is from the U.S. Your "chill" in the face of what appears to be riding pandemonium--complete with a goat herder crossing the highway in the middle of everything else😅--is inspiring! It strikes me as though there is a kind of meditative Zen-like space one must go to in order to ride comfortably in an environment like that.

Hi Noraly, This is the first time I have seen your early videos. Great to see Basanti again. How do you find your way through the towns? I tried to use my GPS (TomTom) through central Marakesh (Morocco) a few years ago. It was absolutely hopeless. It had no idea where we were, and took us up little back streets until we were thoroughly lost. We ended up being guided out of the maize to a main road by a guy on a bicycle. One bicycle, three motorcycles trying to follow him! Thankfully we were not in a hurry, and could see the funny side of the situation! We got to our accomodation eventually. I am really enjoying these first few vids. I think they are going to help me through my lockdown. Thank you for keeping me sane! Also I am amazed at how well you cope with the Indian city traffic.

Hi, I just found your videos when a friend sent me a link to your Patagonia to Alaska trip. We are wanting to ride in South America so we’re interested in that. But I wanted first to find out about your bike and preparations. So I looked for your first season. And it was starting in India!!! My son and I have ridden the Himalayas (I’m in my 70s so ride behind him)… twice, going over Rhotang pass before the tunnel was built to Baralacha La on our first trip. Last year we rode to Jammu and Kashmir. We’re still wanting to get to Ley… so, do you have a video telling about how you decided on a bike, gear, planning, etc? I’d love to watch it. Thank you for a wonderful adventure. Looking forward to seeing the rest of your journeys!!! 👍🏼
